Warm welcome. Great location and easy to get out for a walk in the woods or beside the lake. Comfortable basic rooms, but much more than adequate, together with a well set-up shared terrace and hot tub/ sauna area. Good range of cold breakfast items provided with plenty of coffee and tea available.

I was there for one overnight stay to break up a long journey (dropping off the Trans-Canadian highway onto a great scenic alternative) and so didn't get to explore the options for meals or other facilities in the local area. Note that the location wouldn't work well for anyone without their own transport.

Everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and prepared the spas just for us. It was quiet, we spent the night in the spa, sauna and cold bath just the two of us. Relaxing and charming place. Would return.

I have to say there was plenty of food for breakfast and it was very satisfying. One more egg or Greek yogourt for protein and less sugar and it would have been perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, just magic. The owner was super sweet and she had the cutest furry companion that would walk me safely to my room. The spa was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast provided was perfect to take on the road. Enjoyed watching the deer on the property and they even cleaned the snow off my car the morning I checked out. ❤️

The shorter list would be what we didn’t like - which was nothing! we loved absolutely everything the property had to offer - if I had to pick one thing I liked most was the friendly and welcoming greeting from Jasmine the beautiful dog. It felt like coming home!

Our Google map didn’t take us far enough down the road to the actual entrance to the main building so we were slightly confused for a bit.

Clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the spa. The ‘breakfast in a basket’ is a great idea and we appreciated the flexibility of it. The Microbrasserie is a short drive away and was a great place for dinner.

Not much. The facilities aren’t fancy, but it was all we needed and I think that cleanliness and comfort are the more important things.

This place was exactly what I needed after a long drive. It's located on a lake surrounded by a forest. Picturesque and quiet. It has a sauna and a few hot baths. Very relaxing. Hosts are friendly and accommodating and their dogs are just cuties. The room is clean and has everything you need

Really nice and charming place. The owner is really nice and helpful, the spa is amazing at night with the fireplace, the bedroom is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is tasty and varied. I will come back !

The fridge in the bedroom is a bit noisy.

Lovely clean auberge with friendly welcoming staff set in quiet nature.. I stayed an extra day. Lots of indoor and outside space to relax in, including hot tubs. Plenty of parking space. Near to amenities and great restaurant at the micro brewery

The location is tucked away - close to the water and other cottages, but hidden by the driveway and trees. It was very peaceful and quiet. The grounds were well-kept and the facilities such as the sauna and hot tub were modern, clean and easily accessible. After a long drive, I really appreciated the use of the facilities. Breakfast was cold - hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, juice but healthy (and filling). The staff were super friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable for the evening. I felt very safe (as I was a solo traveller). There was only ONE TV in the main lounge - I loved it. No distractions in your room, so you could enjoy a restful, tech-free evening.

It was super hot, and unfortunately the rooms don't have AC, and keeping the window open didn't allow for any cross-breeze since the temperature didn't drop significantly that evening. There was a ceiling fan, but it wasn't effective to cut the heat.

The concept of the breakfast ready in à basket is brillant, you can have it in the dining room or terrace which are very nice places. The bed is confortable. The owner of the place is a great guy.

The choice of food for breakfast is not ideal : only very sugary stuff, no bread ,no butter...
