This is a excellent choice in Saint-Hyacinthe because 1) the location is very good 2) the parking is free with a security gate 3) the staff was very friendly and informative 4) the price is very reasonnable 5) the room was very comfortable with a great bed, two reading chairs, a safety deposit box, a coffee maker, high quality curtains, a spotless refrigerator and even a full size modern personnal computer, a first for us; as for the television, it was better than the one we have at home 6) the breakfast was included and it offered many choices 7) the whole property is extremely clean 8) many restaurants are in the area and some deliver 9) there is brochure rack with a lot of information about the area 10) there is an elevator and luggage carts are available. Highly recommended!

Minor details but the heater was noisy, the bed was very high and the toilet paper was ''see through'' thin.

They charged me twice. Yesterday they called me back to go back to hotel because of a mistake they did. They checked my bank if I was charged twice. It wasn’t showing on my bank so I said “no, I was not charged twice.” This morning I saw that bank pulled money out of my account again.

Wifi could not be used, error said WIFI too slow.... it would not respond. Beautiful room with computer in room. Very low child size toilet, hard for older folks with bad knees. Rowdy teenagers, knocking on door and screaming, running in hall. We called the front desk and all was handled. One bad thing is that my rental car's passenger sideview mirror back was was purposely removed. Again rowdy teenagers no doubt! not enough cameras in the disable parking spot i was told to park in, to see when and who did the damage. Otherwise all was good, neat, nice refrig and safe in room. would recommend and would come again.

Toilet tooooooo low. and someone remove side view mirror back (leaving wires exposed etc..) of my rental car. My cost not happy about that.

I was greeted very well upon arrival after many hours of travel; she was friendly and found a way to give us a room with 2 beds as opposed to 1 which was nice. I loved that it was close to the mall and many restaurants.

There was not much that I did not like; the only improvement that would be needed is the wifi as often I was booted off the service or videos would not load.

Nice hotel, we liked the room without carpets (yay!), big bathroom with a big shower. I expected the computer to be a part of staging, but it was actually there - a nice surprise! We loved the dimmable lights in room and bathroom. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We came to the breakfast (served until 11am) at 9:45am and the kitchen staff told us the butter was gone. 10 minutes later as we were finishing our breakfast the butter magically appeared. I felt the staff in the breakfast room was unhappy about their work. All food items should be added until the breakfast is served.

Really awesome hotel. Great attention to detail, everything was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff that spoke English and took care of all our requests, e.g. provided an extra mattress and bedding for our kid. Room has a computer free for guests to use! There was also a big-screen TV with Netflix, etc. The shower is really good with a flexible shower head on a hose (seems to be rare in hotels). Breakfast was really tasty (great chocolate croissant-like things!)

Breakfast could really use a meat component, e.g. just add bacon and it would be perfect.

Everything was excellent!! It is exceptionally clean and ALL the staff are great! The beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations - great variety and quality. Although there are no meat options, there are 4 different cheese options. Great deal with breakfast included! Convenient location.

There was nothing that we did not like. NOTE: I am a Canadian travelling from Ontario to New Brunswick, although it shows that I am American. Not sure how to change this.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and roomy and super comfortable for travelling with kids. The bathroom was updated and very spa-like. The continental breakfast also exceeded our expectations with fresh croissants and pain-au-chocolat, eggs, cereal, yogurt and Quebec cheeses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while travelling to Quebec City.

Bed was excellent. Room was very clean. Shower facitity was very plesant. Did not hear any noise from the hallways or floors above me. A bunch of resturnants nearby.

Would have preferred scrambled eggs and sausages rather than boiled eggs and beans. Both otherwise great selection of breads and jams.

Perfect location, easy access to the beautiful Jardins Daniel Séguin, the indoor Market & Old St-Hyacinthe with its many quaint boutiques, charming!

The room had been renovated, the King bed was very comfortable but the shower really needs to be regrouted, making it look dirty…Also in the room the slate floor gives the same impression Too bad because the hotel was actually very clean and the staff very hospitable!
