There was a reasonable restaurant nearby.
Our key was not activated and we had to return to the desk when at check-in time. This was frustrating. The grounds were not well kept.

When we got there the staff seemed a little overwhelmed and it took a while for us to check in other than that the reception staff was pretty good. The staff that served us breakfast the next morning, however, we found that they weren't the friendliest and could've done a better job of being genuinely friendly with us.

Great location, clean and comfortable
There were a lot of kids staying because of a tournament and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with screaming kids and parents not stopping them

Excellent stuff, they went above and beyond for us, we were driving all night and arrived 6 hours prior check in and they checked us in so we could sleep

My daughter Graduated from Bishop's University that is why I booked this hotel, great location, predictable for quality and always have enjoyed staying here. No more reason to come though but its been great over the past 4 years. 👍🙂

the service was not aligned with the number of guests. we were 4 people s but just one shampoo in the bathroom and I should call to have more. 2 bottles of water for 4 peoples.
