Quiet place; small but cosy pool; nice gardens around the lake; good food at the restaurant first night but will not call it gourmand

One restaurant(although 2 were on the site when we booked the room) in the hotel and although all tables were empty outside(at least 15 tables) they refused to serve food … no reservation/ no food … was the response

Located directly across from Empire 47 trails, which was perfect for us. They let us use the change rooms and shower on the day that we checked out which made our next few hours of driving much nicer. They have a sport shed to store the bikes overnight which was nice. The room was clean, beds were comfy, air conditioning worked very well.

Wifi was spotty but ok for our needs.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using the hot tub and the sauna

Reception informed us that our reservation through Booking.com meant we had to stay off the main property in an annex that was not of the same quality as the main hotel. I am not sure that Booking.com made that clear.

The location, amenities and hospitality are too good

No elevators in the hotel and access to rooms is a bit complicated when trying to search your room for the first time. No clear direction/signages to access the amenities like gym and pool.

Great facilities with hot tub, kayak, mini-golf and many more!

We stayed in the separate building which was fully ok. Maybe the entrance can be still improved a little, with a banister along the stairs. Also maybe a second chair in the room

Room was spotless, everything worked perfectly. The location was close to all amenities. The spa although small was perfect for relaxing and the fact it was included in the stay was great value.

What a finish! Our last hotel after a 15-day journey throughout Québec’s nature and as the saying goes ”last but not least” we had the time of our lives!!!! The spa centre was just the feature of our stay with indoor and outdoor installations (sauna, pool, hot tubs…) with a superb view of the lake. We only regretted we couldn’t stay more days. I can only but recommend this place.

Friendly staff and very spacious room. Very convenient stop between Sagueny and Quebec. Enjoyed the hot and cold pools by the lake

There was a bit of noise from the road and what sounded like a generator outside our room at the back but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again

The hotel was very well organised to suit many kinds of guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast excellent. We enjoyed the lake and free facilities. A great stopover.

Spacious room. Excellent view. The food in the restaurant exceeded expectation. Included activities with the stay like Kayaking, Minigolf, Beach volleyball, Spa etc. made the stay even more exceptional. Majority of the staff are fully bilingual, friendly and willing to assist you with any valid request if within their purview.

Service person comes in alternate days perhaps. If travelling with family it tends to get more unclean than usual. Daily cleaning is necessary. However, reception was more than willing to accommodate my request for cleaning.
