The room was clean and well decorated

I brougth my 5 year old grand child to your hotel because of the pool IT WAS AT 60 degrees it would have nice fir the agent to mention that when I asked if the pool was open for us to use It was very disapointed we did not swim The breakfast no more fruit salad and COLD hard boiled eggs! Fresh fruits and cottage would be a good thing to add to make it healthier

The pool was a big bonus, and the waterslide was something that our kids loved after a long day of driving (and the waterslide was VERY fast - which was super fun). Rooms were clean and well taken care of.

Breakfast was kind of terrible. Everything pre-packaged, hard boiled eggs with no salt & pepper offered (so tasteless) and you had to pre-order (which I'm assuming is to control waste) but our order wasn't correct. Do not count on this to fill you up before you head out on the road.

shower was ok. not the greatest, but I’ve had worse. also, not against the hotel, but there was a hockey team staying while we were there. running up and down the hallways and staircases was intense. So, noise level was intense. but with the pool this hotel has, I guess you have to expect tons of kids and all that it ensues.

We loved the bed and size of the room and the Staff also. They were French but spoke to us in English, this was very helpful I also loved the large tub. And that the elevator was handy to our room. The breakfast was also very good.

Nothing that the Hotel could do anything about. smiles

The room was really cleaned, the staff was lovely and the hotel was super kid friendly. The air conditioning works great and the located is perfect.

Unfortunately an accident occurred when I was there. While I was unpacking my toddler lifted himself up on the bedside table and the bedside table completely fell on him. I was terrified. Luckily the bedside table was light therefore, he only got mildly hurt. I was surprised that the bedside tables were not either bolted to the wall and/or super heavy that a toddler would not be able to flip it over.

Good no-frills hotel, clean, easily accessible from the highway, quiet, near restaurants and a short stroll away from a nice park to walk to my dog. I didn't try it myself but the indoor pool looks like it would be fun for families with kids, it has slides!

Due to covid restrictions breakfast needs to be collected at reception, which is great, but if I had to picky I'd say the choice of food could be expanded a bit (or exchanged for a coupon at one of the nearby restaurants?).

Great value for the money, comfy beds, nice staff. Recommended and I didn't get the chance to try the pool.

Variety of breakfast could improve and avoid non-disposable items that generate plastique packing, otherwise it's my hotel for work in the area.

Well maintained property where they take care of every detail for your comfort. The staff were extremely helpful courteous and friendly.Will always comeback year after year since we visit Trois Riviere once a year. Thankyou for the lovely hospitality.

The breakfast needs to get better.

Premise and room were clean. Presence of pool was excellent for the kids.

We checked out and were putting our stuff in the car. Realized we needed a plastic bag to store my son's wet shoes. We politely enquired if they would have a plastic or paper bag. The receptionist replied that she can't provide any since we checked out a minute back. This response surprised us. While the stay was excellent hearing this left a bad after taste.

The room with jacuzzi was amazing. The slide in the pool too. Breakfast had to be in room, because of COVID, but under the circumstances was fine.

The only criticism is the slope in the pool, which is extremely slippery. During my 30 minutes stay in the pool, I, myself, my husband and another guest slipped. This is really a flaw in the design - something to be done with. Did not bother me after, because I would avoid that part of the pool, but think it is a safety hazard for others.
