Booked a stay for my technicians to do an out-of-town job. Everything at the hotel met our expectations. We would definitely recommend staying there. The staff was extra friendly, helpful, accommodating, and informative.

According to hotel staff, we found out pricing through booking.com was TWICE as expensive than if we had just called the hotel directly to book in. Next time, we'll skip the app, and just call in ourselves.

It was a quick trip for a family goodbye. Room was comfortable, clean and COOL. Restaurant food was delicious and served quickly and pretty good value for money spent. Employees in all areas were courteous and friendly. Thank you for all you did to make our stay enjoyable during a difficult visit to our home town.

We suffer from allergies and the scented room deodorizers that are used forced us to have to leave the door open to air the room out. This led to more than a few flies joining us to enjoy the facilities.

Such a great gem in a smaller town. The restaurant was fantastic, as were the options for breakfast (included in our room price). The room was across the street with dedicated parking and it was quiet even being across from the restaurant/bar. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a small town - if you're expecting big city sterility then you will be disappointed. We paid for our room in the liquor store _ I love this kind of thing but maybe some travellers do not.

Location and amenities

Staff was great except for one long haired female server on the lounge side who was clearly told to bring us our change after a large tip and then she magically disappeared. My family did not want to make a big deal about it so she got away with ripping us off. Food quality could be better. Processed cheese slices do not belong on a blt. Free Breakfast was cold and over cooked every morning.

The staff is very friendly, They run the motel, the restaurant and the liquor shop. The steakhouse is nice and the food is good Breakfast it's included (one choice from the menu) and it's huge (2 eggs, bacon, potatoes and coffee). More than a usual same kind of hotel. The room is basic but comfortable. It's a good choice for the price.

The location is good as there are few motels in this area. The room and bed was comfortable. We were given a voucher for breakfast to use in the restaurant. The overall price was reasonable too.

The wi-fi signal was be a bit weak in the room at peak time of usage (we were in room #2).

Room seemed a little damp. Pillows were not completely dry, but everything was very clean so not really a complaint.

Nice that a full breakfast was included instead of the usual continental. Staff was very accomodating

There was no coffee/tea in the rooms. Not sure if it was supplied, however was out most of the time so did not need it. Grabbed with breakfast in the morning

Great location, clean, some good upgrades- bathroom was all redone and very nice, beds were great, new lights were nice.

Some of the new lights were already broken, so didn’t work, which was a shame. The hot water ran out after about 2 minutes and it appeared only half the guests had already left, perhaps it was just that everyone had just showered? Furniture was a bit worn and could be replaced, some of it.

Quiet and comfy

Breakfast starts at 7 and we start at 6 so don't get breakfast... would be awesome if there was a continental breakfast type thing quick and easy
