It’s well located and has all amenities close by. The staff are all exceptionally friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and wish it could be longer. I had everything I needed in the room and didn’t expect the roomy suite I received. It’s a great place to stay if in the area. Everything was clean.

There are quite a few people milling around outside because of the liquor store attached to the building (separate entrance). The decorating could be updated but everything was clean and pleasant.

The room was much bigger than I was expecting considering the cost, which was very nice. The air conditioning was quite quiet and worked very well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy.

The toilet didn't stop running. It never overflowed & it didn't seem to affect how it worked, but I did close the bathroom door at night so I didn't have to listen to the sound of it. Not a big deal, but would have been concerning if I'd stayed longer.

Only had coffee for breakfast Room had 2 very comfortable beds & was larger than expected, with an extra sitting room with large screen TV. Hotel is near to amenities….restaurants & shopping. Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful.

This is my 5th time at this hotel. Never been disappointed. Keep on coming back for the great service by Mona and her staff. The rooms are always impeccably clean. Communications with Mona and her staff is excellent, permitting us to store our bicycles in their locked storage room.

The floor of the side entrance could be washed more often. The side entrance door does not close all the time, leaving it ajar for strangers to come in.

They accommodated us because my sister & I have a hard time to walk far & or rooms were on the main floor close to our vehicle

Nothing, perfect stay

Staff were genuinely friendly and efficient. Room very clean and bed was comfortable. To our surprise, we actually had two rooms: a bedroom with bath and another room with a couch, chair and TV. We also appreciated the plantings at the front entrance and the central court with flowers. (We could see this from our window).

Breakfast was good . Waitress was friendly . King mattress was excellent . Spouse wants to buy one . Instant hot water . Bath mat and face clothes were on hand .

Shortness of stay .

Room was upgraded to a suite for no extra cost. Very friendly staff. No extra fee charged for pet. Room cleaned daily.

Restaurant was closed during stay but many restaurants in area.

They were very welcoming, they gave us some water and juice and a few snacks after our long journey. Upgraded us so we would be more comfortable. Gave our dog a treat every morning. I will stay there again for sure

Nothing at all, it was a dated hotel but it was nice and comfortable

My fourth time returning there. Staff knows us very well. Always friendly and very accommodating of the storage of our bicycles. Very clean.
