Hotel and room were clean, modern.

I didn't care for continental breakfast. Breakfast started at 730am, we arrived at 745am. The lady that runs the breakfast she was not very personable. The food was cold (sausages) eggs. There was only 6 sausages in container, I asked if she had bacon, she said yes we do but I'm not cooking it it cost to much. When we arrived she just rolled her eyes and asked if we're here for breakfast and did a huff sound and went into the kitchen. Muffins were only 1 variety and they were dry. Not impressed, will have breakfast there again but will will definitely book a room there again.

Have stayed here many times, I like the location, has a good continental breakfast, the price was on special this time so saved some money, I used the gym to keep up my workouts daily. Has Smileys bar and restraunt attached as well…

Our 1st night, we were booked on the second floor, there is a long steep stairway, with no elevator. My wife has vertigo, and Cataracts, So had difficulty with the stairs… didn’t have a lower main floor room til the next day for our 4 day stay. She was a little stressed about that, but was fine,

The room was beautiful; beds were comfortable. I have no complaints for the overall hotel. just the false advertising.

The ad through Booking.com stated that Breakfast was included. However, when we arrived they said if we wanted breakfast all individuals had to pay above our rate. I feel this is a bit of a money grab. On top of it. We went to the local pub connected to the hotel for super and they would only honor the 10% guest discount if and only if we had purchased breakfast. Pretty low punch.

The staff were friendly and approachable. They accommodated a play yard too. I love the motel and hotel feel. The Room was bigger than expected and perfect for my family.

The bed linens were not comfortable or breathable. Shower was outdated and small. The bed was okay but for the price it makes sense. I sincerely hope a renovation happens.

The location was perfect for our quick stop. Although we got in late, I love that there is a restaurant/lounge in the building. The staff were very friendly.

We got in late, so we had to go elsewhere for a late bite to eat since a sign at check in said the kitchen in the restaurant would have been closed by time we got settled in our room.

Had to wait 10 min for more hot breakfast to be made , but French toast was worth the wait, luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. Breakfast area set up funky. Drinks off in a corner. Busing plates you had to go to 2 different locations to toss your garbage and put your dishes, didn’t see any place for napkins or other compost

See above and Laundry cost $10 to do a load. $4 to wash and $6 to dry since it took two cycles. Brought me own detergent

The room was spacious and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a door to the outside so I could take my dog in and out without going through the rest of the hotel. I could park right outside my door to make loading and unloading of luggage very easy. And my dog got some cookies.

I got a mosquito bite while walking my dog at the back. Not the hotel's fault. I just attract mosquitoes. Also I couldn't figure out how to pull does the shower head to make it work.

I enjoyed the Starbucks coffee I made in the room’s little coffee machine. Also appreciated the disposable coffee filter tray for hygienic reasons. The room rate offered a good price point for my budget.

The hum of the air conditioning unit from the room next door was loud at some points. Fortunately it didn’t keep me awake.

The Aircon worked, liked having a separate entrance. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Loved the shower gel.

The bed linens were too loose on the bed. The sheets weren't tight over the corners of the mattress and I kept waking up entangled in the overly large fitted sheet. The bathtub floor was very slippery, there wasn't a texturized base so that you didn't slip around during the shower. Only 2 bath towels,? More towels would be handy.

Everything was great ....the beds and rooms are exeptional only one thing from our stay was terrible that was the food ....

The food had been good in the past but we found food was cold sausages were raw I think were steamed couldn't eat them eggs were dry ,french toast had no flavor quite dissapointed this time was bad sorry.
