The pool/hot tub and water slide were such a fun amenity. Breakfast in the morning had a decent variety and was quite tasty, especially the hot options. The bedding was very soft and plush which was super comfortable. We even received a text after checking in asking if everything in our room was ok.

The bed was too firm for my liking so if you are used to a soft bed it may be a challenge for you. The bedding itself was comfy though.

The staff were a big part of what made our stay so enjoyable. They greeted you every time they saw you with a smile and friendly words. The afternoon cookies were a nice little treat. I appreciated the shower in the ppool area to rinse the chlorine off. The lobby was inviting.

The pool area was quite dark in the evening.

The breakfast was good. The woman who worked the was excellent! She was on top of cleaning tables and restocking breakfast items. She is a superstar!

We had young grandchildren with us who looked forward to enjoying the pool-water slide. Unfortunately they were intimidated by a group of young males 2 nights in a row who were loud and aggressive and misbehaving. There actions ruined the experience for our family and others.

I like the room it was pretty big for us family, very clean and comfortable.

The front desk was not welcoming, check in time was 4pm, we were there like 4:45 and saying the room was not ready, so we'll have to wait at the lobby but she gave us the key already for the room. I told my husband to check the room if its ready , and its ready., was wondering why let us wait in the lobby and telling us is not ready and didn't even tell us how long the wait is , what a rude front desk lady didnt even smile, very bad customer service i've ever experience.

Good space in the room. Everything was there. The heat and cool controls worked very well. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs - Terry were moist and tasty

We were only given one room key, which was ok, but we're not offered two, which would have been the norm, and more convenient

We decided at the last minute to stay in Swift Current. This hotel was a very pleasant find! Room was very well thought out - pot lights in the ceiling, extra hooks, loved the bench in the room for additional seating. Linens and towels were of nice quality. I also appreciated the 100% feather free room. Breakfast had a good variety and the hotel even had cookies available in the afternoon. Pool area was fine - nice water slide for the kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you are a light sleeper - the Sound proofing between some of the rooms seemed thin…could hear running water (shower) from other suites.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was pretty much what one would expect for a continental. It was ok and did the job :) Eggs, Ham, sausage or bacon , Hash browns - Toast - pancakes - Fruit - Muffins - cereal and Yogurt. Drinks were Apple & Orange Juice - Milk - Coffee & Tea Their incidental hold is a decent amount - think it was only like $40 - unlike those hotels that charge 100 or more. Plenty of Parking Close drive to a number of restaurants and right behind a Casino if that's your thing.

We had an issue with water leaking onto the floor when we showered. When I say leak it left a puddle that was all the way out to the front entrance. We traced it back to water accumulating on the ledge under the faucet and running towards the floor. The Bathroom sink didn't drain well at all. The breakfast - I wish there would have been actual coffee cups like other locations - paper cups are hot to hold. The air conditioner didn't seem to want to work the first night so it was kinda hot - we figured out to just leave the fan on run instead of auto.

Front desk personnel and other staff we interacted with were very polite and cheerful. Room was neat and in good repair. Bed was comfortable. Lots of parking. Hot breakfast was very good with good variety of items. Easy to get to from the highway. Cookies at the front desk were very good.

Nothing. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome pool with a super fast water slide. Our 2 year old loved the slide. Clean hotel and nice room for a good price.

When booking the hotel it said for 2 queen beds and in the description below It said double beds. This was not a deal breaker but some clarity on the booking site would be helpful for any confusion of other customers

Breakfast was amazing every day. Hotel is clean and spacious. Wanted the room cleaned a day early and it was no issue at all. Friendly, professional staff. Will stay again.

Sorry, the bed is too soft for me, but I understand you need to appeal to the masses. Won't affect my decision to stay there again.
