I liked the location with walking distance to the mall, and grocery and restaurants of choice. There were plenty of towels. The hot breakfast had plenty of everything it seemed to me. Beds were comfy and I had a good sleep and plenty of hot water. The greek restaurant Manos in the mall highly recommended by the front desk and did not disappoint. Get the dessert too.

No clean remote program. There was a missing light bulb in my washroom. When I walked thru the room, for some reason the TV stand would wobble and make noises. Funny but yes true. The pool area was packed. Maybe try that next visit. Did not see a sauna but there was a fitness area and a hot tub. Bathroom fan had some squeal on startup

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Location good. Easy to find. Pool was fun for the kids. Continental breakfast was better than expected.

The pool slide and hot tub wasn’t working every day we tried to use it. The slide was working one of the afternoons but it was down in the evening even though the sign at front said it was open until 10pm. Wifi kicked in and out. Not enough parking stalls for number of guests

Breakfast was really good. Everything will stocked and fresh.

We tried to book at the hotel and waited for a very long time before anyone answer the phones. We ended up calling from a second phone, and received an answer on that phone first which was very odd had to go through a different company instead of the hotel itself.

me and my two children stayed in the suite room with a whirlpool. we enjoyed that!

nothing not to like. booking online was easy, and it was nice to see what amenities were available. I picked the more expensive room because I wanted my kids to experience the whirlpool. it was an emergency trip for me. I work in town and I live on a farm. I couldn’t go home because of being snowed out at my place. oh one other things, wifi speeds we’re actually pretty amazing and fast.

The breakfast was great. We had an issue with the jet tub and we’re moved to a different room with a reduction in the rate. Excellent customer service.

Would be nice to have drinking water in the room for making coffee/tea. The tap water gave it a funny taste. But that’s minimal - everything really was great!

The smokers far outway the non smokers. Smoke coming in through walls from bathrooms. Smokers sitting outside hotel and leaving butts on the ground.

A great location, clean & accommodating staff. Jeanette was wonderful with a very late check in. We really enjoyed all the breakfast options, and the pool was wonderful.

The waterside is broken, hope it’s fixed soon!

Did not care for the bagged breakfast. Establish an area to enjoy the breakfast. Keeping social distancing in mind. More breakfast selection/ options OR a voucher for a local restaurant

The breakfast was very good. There was a variety of items to choose from which was great.
