The staff was incredible! They greeted you with warm smiles and cheerful voices. They were genuinely happy you were there. The food was excellent. I highly recommend eating dinner at the chef's counter at Avecita. It was unbelievable and so much fun! There was a massive breakfast buffet but we always ordered off the menu. Quick service, excellent quality and attentive staff. We also loved the beach, pool bar and Cocolobra. I loved the spa treatments and the room we were given was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. It had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was breathtaking! Additionally, we learned that most water sports were included in the daily resort fee so we took advantage of the paddle boards, peddle boards, Hobie Cat, snorkeling gear and kayaks.

Nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and attentive everywhere within the property. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was spacious and well appointed. We asked for a coffee maker and a microwave and they were immediately brought to our room with coffee pods, etc. While we did have a miscommunication with the spa staff, the manager handled in a very zen manner and the spa facilities were fantastic - worth the stay by themselves! It was an overall great experience.

Most hotels now charge a daily resort fee, but we also received a daily gratuity fee even higher than the resort fee! I think tips should be optional not demanded, but the staff was wonderful. Wifi was in and out; we paid in excess of $10,000 for a 10 night stay and felt we could have been given a room with a better view (maybe side view of ocean), but we didn't ask so we didn't receive. I just felt like a long stay such as ours should have received a little more consideration, but overall the property was great.

This property was amazing! We especially enjoyed the library bar, which is a must try for the cocktails and concept. The restaurants on property were all very good. And the entire staff that we encountered were very courteous, helpful, and overall great at their jobs. The property is not far at all if you wish to catch a cab and venture into the nearby shopping outlet. We’re looking to stay at this resort again!!

We only wish there was a few more things to do in property, and more options as far as eats.

From the warm welcome from Calvin (bell staff) and Atu (front desk), we felt like royalty!! Absolutely everyone at this resort is kind and considerate and always looking to go out of their way to do something special to make our visit awesome!!!

We didn’t stay long enough. It would have been nice to have a small sundries shop for things we forgot to pack or needed. But that’s the ONLY thing this resort didn’t have.

Beach was beautiful, Room was large, Bathroom large. Very Clean. We loved the little extras that they gave us daily, happy hour, waters, towels for the beach excursions.

No lobby bar and no one taking drink orders in lobby. They opened the new bar just after we left. I did not like how we had to get up super early to save seats at beach/pool. Otherwise you had nothing or had to pay $$$$$ for cabanas daily. It was a surprise that our daily hotel rate was almost $200 a day more due to the resort taxes, and extra fees we had to pay.

the pool was crowded, the water got a bit cloudy. it didn’t matter so much though. the beach is so amazing we hardly went to the pool. the concierge wasn’t very available to assist us with our stay. we had trouble getting dinner reservations on resort some nights.

Everything was excellent from the quality of the meals to the beach. The staff provided excellent service. I have been to many Caribbean islands and the staff is usually unpleasant. However the staff at this hotel were such pleasant people. Let me put it this way we found overall quality here to be better than most Four Seasons hotels we stayed at.

Yoga mats could be thicker.

I Just loved this place. The service was the best ever. Eni was an amazing hostess. The room was comfortable, clean with great ocean view. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant Ave. Our stay included yoga classes and water sports… just great! Our anniversary weekend was outstanding. 🫶🏻🥰🥰 THANKS for everything!!!

Hotel restaurant (cocoloba)was expensive and the male host pick and chose who he says hello to . Other than that The Pina colada is a must try!! The service in the hotel was very good. The cleaners were pleasant and considerate

So clean, spacious and modern. Excellent facilities and always enough loungers-pool or beach. The customer service was a level above anything we have experienced ANYWHERE- even other Kimptons (and we travel lots for business and pleasure).
