Great location and great staff! We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and clean. We even had a baby crib for our 10 months old. Breakfast was really good every day and the staff extremely nice. We had dinner once and the food was delicious. They organized a day trip to Chungara Lake for us which was amazing. We will definitely go back!

Poor wifi in the room but the view is so nice that it didn’t matter.

Hotel in a special location, on the rocks, facing the sea. Very attentive staff, special breakfast. Support for everything needed. Particular support when I needed help with a car problem during a trip to the highlands. Sustainable proposal, fundamental due to the characteristics of the city in the middle of the desert.

High season, occasional noise from children and people in the surrounding area, but nothing that would cause discomfort.

Stunning location and building - great spaces to relax and eat. Staff were so friendly and helpful, really going above and beyond - particularly Franco. Rooms were big and comfortable with lovely balconies to watch the sunset. Amazing restaurant with absolutely delicious food - we ate there every night it was open.

I really don’t have any complaints about the hotel. The only one thing is that it could have done with air conditioning on some of the hotter days - but we just kept the balcony door open which did the job too!

We arrived super late, hungry, exhausted and cold from our Torres del Paine trek but the staff was super helpful and friendly and offered dinner even though the kitchen was already closed. The room has a very nice view and the bathroom has a floor heating. Breakfast was very nice, we had a late one and some things were missing but replaced the second after we were asking for!

I only stayed for one night and it was simply amazing. One of the most tranquil hotels I have ever stayed in in the world. Sleeping with the sounds of the sea waves and waking up with that VIEW was just truly amazing. Room and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place to disconnect

Room acoustics are slightly poor and you can hear noises and shower water was cold even though i let it run for 15mins as I was told. However, these minor things did not spoil my stay at all.

Being right at the beach has something unique to it. waking up to the sound of the waves and seals is great! rooms are spacious and bed was very comfy.

no restaurant on Sunday and very limited options for vegans. Breakfast was the exact same thing for 3 days straight. to get to town takes over 30 minutes walking but luckily Uber works in this part of Chile. Wi-Fi is also quite slow, should be improved.

Fantastic location. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean was magical. The breakfast was decent, but the staff were excellent!

I wish the rooms had a fan or a portable AC to cool you off. While showering the water drainage could be better.

Great sea view literally on the beach. Nice open air design with comfortable common areas and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and very clean. Walking distance to other restaurants and sandy beaches.

The location is very nice, right at the beach and it is a very quiet location, although near the main road from the city. They do provide a good and local breakfast, well served. And also provide a good restaurant for appointed diner, with a nice seafood menu.

The place could be much better maintained and clean, but it's magical. The location is almost floating in the sea. The design is unique and beatufil. Staff is kind and friendly, food is great. And the sound of the sea is magnificent.

Cleanliness of the hotel itself and specially around the hotel could be better.
