The location couldn't be better for a precruise stay. We were close enough to walk to the port with our roller bags. The room had a wonderful view of the shoreline, and we could see how close the port was. The hotel is located next to a shopping center, where we went to the grocery store and an electronics store for a phone charger. The wonderful part of the location was that there were about 8-10 local seafood restaurants served by the fishing dock that was right out the hotel door. The food was great and the location very convenient.

The hotel is a bit dated, and could use some sprucing up, but the rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

The meals in the restaurant and the restaurant staff were both excellent. The location was ideal for our short trip to the cruise terminal.

We arrived early after a 24 hour trip from the Pacific Northwest. We were hoping for a possible one or two hour early check-in. The hotel was not very busy but the staff seemed inflexible and we couldn't have our room until 4:01. Maybe it was an unrealistic expectation??

Hotel was in very good condition and our room was on the 7th floor on a corner with loads of windows with shades. It was a very spacious room and the king sized bed was so comfortable! Also had great AC. Location was very close to the cruise port AND the hotel had a shuttle company that charged $10 USD to transport us both with luggage to the port. That did away with the need for an ATM machine transaction for Chilean Pesos!! Fabulous value. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Overall, the room was spacious and to our liking. We enjoyed the view of the harbor activity. We arrived late so luckily the Casino was open and still serving food. Also this property was very close to the cruise embarkation terminal. You could leisurely walk there with your luggage if it suits you but the hotel made available a transportation service for a fee. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is the plus! it's a walking distance to the San Antonio cruise terminal (for Holland America Lines). Good, hot Breakfast included is a bonus! The ocean views too! In the lower floor of the hotel, there is a non-smoking casino, with nightly, good entertainment. Ask the hotel front desk to give you casino entrance ticket(s), it's free to all guests who stay in this hotel. Foods are decently good with prices you like.

Seagulls caused the glass face of hotel dirty, it would be nice to clean glass periodically. Guests would enjoy the ocean view even more!

The double take at check in! Arrived at 1545, reception took all details and then sent us away to come back and collect keys at 4pm. A waste of time and double the work for the staff as it seemed they did this with everyone regardless of arrival time.

you have to call reception at the parking so they can send you the elevator, it only covers 20 hours of the parking, the breakfast is simple and the staff was ok

Hotel had a great location overlooking the harbor with a great view of the sea lions nearby. Easy to get to from the cruise port. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Room lighting could have been better.

View from the hotel is excellent. Room is large and clean. It has refrigerator, and a bottle water.

the heater was not so hot. guess it got up to about 68C. Wish room has a hot water pot.

The hotel was immediately next to a shopping mall, grocery store, and restaurants.

The WiFi in the room was weak and unreliable. One needed to go down to the lobby to get a solid connection.
