Location was perfect, good breakfast - you have to cook it by yourself ,very good hygiene everywhere, all the staff were very nice and friendly but probably they are very afraid of the management of the hotel in order not to make a mistake, my case is perhaps a precedent, but their POS terminal refused to accept all my cards (with which I have paid everywhere in the world), then they refused to accept all my available notes because they were crushed( I think that’s normal, I don’t made them), all the time explaining to me about their rules and how their manager does not want such notes, etc. After all this I had to look for a solution how to pay in a foreign country for the night, all the time they explained to me that I have to go and withdraw local money and pay a high price because of the local currency, of course I didn't like that and decided to look for where I can exchange my banknotes for smaller ones and I finally found it! Everyone was very happy

almost nothing to do in Punta Arena

Super clean, nice bed and bedding, friendly and helpful staff. It was 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas, and one block from a big grocery market. Everything was walkable. Bus terminal was 5 blocks away. I had everything I needed…breakfast was left every day in the fridge with eggs, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, and juice, so I was able to make it for myself. I had the ground floor room next to the office on the street…I would recommend requesting one in the back or upstairs. Really enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

My room was on the ground floor on the street right next door to the office. As a single woman, being on a ground floor always feels a bit uncomfortable because the shades have to be closed all the time. I don’t like being in darkness.

Warmly welcomed by the lovely front desk staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and as described wirh separate living area, kitchen & bathroom. Can recommend and would definitely stay again. Safe & secure. Breakfast items were left in the fridge each day, and we could cook an egg or make a pasta dish for dinner- everything you need is there. Great location as well. Thank you!

Room was a little too warm for me, but as soon as I located the little window and opened it was perfect.

I have stayed here before, it fits what I need when I'm working away from the office and for longer stays away from home. I can rest, cook and work all at the same place. Great location and I like the flexibility of the breakfast delivered to your door and catered to your dietary needs.

Some noisy neighbours but it got sorted once I informed the reception.

Everything was fantastic, from facilities, to daily breakfast left in the fridge to customer service. Well equipped, with all utensils etc, well located and very friendly reception/management etc. Each apartment kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle and a hot stove - everything needed for cooking. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great location and staff was friendly and helped arrange an airport transfer with a confirmation. They spoke English well. Breakfast was supplied in our room (eggs, toast, jam, butter, yogurt, ham, cheese, juice, milk, coffee, tea, breakfast treats muffin, brownie, etc.). It was enough to cook breakfast and have a morning snack if you are out touring all day. Clean room with soap and shampoo supplied.

We had a ground level apartment right on the corner as it was a bit loud with street noise.

The location and value for money are tops. If you're adventuring and all you need is a good clean bed and bedroom, this is great. Staff are super friendly. Undergroun parking is a plus (but tight if you have a big vehicle). The kitchen is small but useful for breakfast, for which they leave eggs, ham, and cheese each morning.

It's a bit noisey with thin walls and large openings beneath the doors. It's fairly stark - not a lux hotel by any means, but it's not pretending to be.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was perfectly clean. We enjoyed how breakfast was left in the room for us. We could eat at our convenience. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook and came with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. The location is also great. Town square, cafes, bars, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Close to the water. Lovely stay.

You have to leave the keys in the reception when you leave. One night when returning after midnight from dinner, it took quiet some time before the lady at the reception responded to our knocking and ringing at the front door, clearly not so happy to see us (although we informed in advance it would be rather late).

The hotel is well placed in the city center of Punta Arenas, 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. The hotel is pretty new so all the facilities are clean and tidy. The personal is very friendly and helpful. Is a great place for short stays.

Internet connection doesn't work properly. They have set many connections but some of them work and other, do not. Also, is would be better if they set the connection with the same name since all of them have the same password. There are almost no common areas so if you're looking for amenities, this is not an hotel for you. Is just a place where to sleep and move on. Everything is a little bit overpriced in Punta Arenas and this hotel is not the exception.
