Conveniently located near city center. Apartment is just beside a shopping mall with plenty of food choices. There is also a food street 5 minute's walk from the apartment. Dongzhimen subway station connected via the shopping mall, and the airport express train stops at the same station. Decent breakfast, exceeded our expectations for a service apartment. Chef and team are friendly and helpful.

Power sockets could be more conveniently located within the room.

We stayed twice in Ascott Raffles City during our recent trip to China. First in September and then in October during the so called "Golden Week". It was absolutely excellent! Very friendly and helpful personnell with a "family touch" made our stay a bit like at home. The location of Ascott Raffles City is unbeatable comfortable with direct access to Dongzhimen Subway station so that You can reach nearly any Beijing midtown destination and the airport in short time. The Raffles City Mall with many restaurants from noodle soup streetfood up to top-class restaurants plus supermarket and any kind of shopping facilities is in the same building. Our apartment was fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine, super clean and serviced on a daily basis. 1st choice for a longer stay in Beiljing!!

The size of the apartment was announced with 75 sqm, which seems to be a little bit over-exaggerated, we estimate around 60 sqm. Furthermore, the level of English speaking skills amongst the personnell must be improved.

We know Raffles City in Dongzhimen but never had the chance to stay in the residence. We are just overwhelmingly impressed! The apartment is big, clean, well furnished, it has everything you will need, and the view through the window is priceless. Very strangely people don't mention the breakfast, it is another positive surprise! I would say, it beats 90% of the 4 and 5 start hotels in Beijing. The buffet is rich and very well organised. Unlike other hotels, once you have your breakfast buffet, you will know what you are going to have throughout your stay. But here, they change the tasty dishes everyday! Two big thumbs up for the wonderful breakfast buffet! We like everything here, and will definitely return to it next time we are in Beijing.

Nothing at all! This residence is flawless! Otherwise we wouldn't have booked this hotel twice during our 3-week vacation in China.

I arrived and departed with a small child on an overnight flight. To check in at 03:20 on 09/09/2023, I had to pay for an additional day from 09/08/2023. In order to check out on 09/15/2023 at 20:00, I was also offered to pay for another day until 09/16/2023. I believe that there should be an individual approach to clients with children and night flights, with the possibility of early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. Poor Wi-Fi. The floors under the dining table have not been washed for 6 days. The dirty carpet in the bedroom gave off an unpleasant odor.

EVERYTHING! room was big for 4of us (2adults+2kids), bathroom huuugggeeee with bathtub+separate shower, full kitchen amenities, walk-in wardrobe with a lot of mirrors in the room. it was a really nice stay. breakfast selections changed everyday (they even pay attention to provide vegetarian/muslim friendly foods for us! the hotel is also in a short walking distance to dongzhimen station. all is good! thumbs up!

pillow can be better. pots/pans should be smaller, easier to cook especially for small family-for easy storage n cleaning as well.

very convenient location. the building connects to subway and a mall with a good selection of restaurants and food stands. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and the rooms are spacious with nice view. clean swimming pool. washer/dryer is useful for longer stay. for a family we find the stay more comfortable than regular 5 star hotels.

Ascott Raffles City Beijing is located within mins to one of the metro stations of Beijing city, therefore taking public transport is very easy and convenient. I booked a Premier one bedroom, the place is big with good cooking facilities and good washing machine cum dryer. Indeed, the staff were very helpful to help me to track my missing delivery and gave good advice. They even sent the deliveries and stored luggage to my room prior to my arrival on the day of check-in.

The location is pretty convenient, close to the subway and airport express lines. Nice room with purified water which I find is rare in China. Nice shower and bath, and the breakfast was good too.

The bed was mediocre... I also wish the staff knew better about the neighborhood. We talked to three staff and nobody could tell us how to easily get to the airport express line. We were told that the underground connection was inconvenient and that we should just go across the street. If anybody wants to walk to the subway's E entrance with huge luggage - You cannot cross the street from the southeast to the northeast of the intersection because it is blocked. Please try to cross to the north side and go east...

The staff were exceptionally helpful when I had an accident and broke my arm. Two staff members accompanied me to a hospital and stayed until my diagnosis was completed. They then arranged a car and accompanied me back to the hotel, The front desk staff were very helpful in making arrangements with our booking agency to shorten our stay and adjust the payment.

Very good location, can connect the subway without going outside of the building. Very friendly staff, can help to receive packages.

The air conditioning works not very well.Either not enough cold or can’t turn it off makes the room feel too cold. But it was finally fixed by the maintenance guys.
