Everything was great! The staff were attentive, caring, and helpful. They helped us call taxis and even walked us to meet the taxis. The girl in the morning was so nice. She gave us great recommendations and even offered us the transportation cards for if we wanted to take public transport and go explore. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to Jingshan Park, delicious restaurants, shopping center, and convenience shops by walk. And a short drive away from the forbidden city, and other attractions. The room has all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is a wet room, meaning the shower isn’t separated from the toilet or sink, so the room usually gets wet. This is very common in Asian countries, and it isn’t a problem. Overall this was a great experience!

All was great! Just one thing, the bedding is hard, I know this is common in Asia, but since we aren’t used to it, we felt a bit of pain the first day. Soon after, our bodies got used to it. The pillows were very comfy, though!

The location was fairly central, with a metro station nearby. The room was small but with a nice outlook. Everything was excellent.

I have no complaints

They have a very responsive and helpful staff, and they speak English. The staff helped me doing some bookings which only accessible by Chinese. The location is near to 2 stations, both are within walking distance. They are very responsive and helpful. I could drop off my luggage one day before without any extra charge, and when I arrived I was very tired due to the heatwave and they gave me a cold bottle of water for free and let me sit for a while - a very nice gesture.

The location was in a middle of road construction.

We have been in Asia for 10 months and this is the best place we have stayed! The room is comfort, has hot water and is quiet. The staff go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers! They answered lots of questions and helped us out. We would of really been in trouble without the staff helping us with out first few days in China. Stay here!

The location is very good and well priced compared to others hotels in the area. The staff were very helpful and provided recommendations for places to go and eat that a traveller wouldn't go to. They also provided a metro card you could use. This was a big help when travelling round the city. Near 5 minutes walk from Dongsi station

I didn't like going home. I loved the hotel and Beijing.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and well-equipped and the staff was very willing to help us with everything we asked. The location was extremely convenient as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

The WiFi was not working for any of us, but we also didn't ask the staff for assistance on this, so I am not complaining.

Location 10+, staff (Mumo) 11+, it is Hostel but so nice one that some Hotels would be shamed!
