Excellent amenities, comfy bad, friendly staff. Though staff cannot speak English, they are always eager to help the customers by using translator. They helped us for Tiananmen Square entry registration at free of cost. Cleanness is excellent. Breakfast was great. Nice environment in the breakfast hall. It's 10/10.

Location. It's almost 12 KM away from the Centre. By car, it takes more than half an hour as Beijing is one of the city of much traffic. Another problem is language. But this problem is not in the hotel, it's all over in China. If you can use translator in your smartphone, it won't be a big issue then. Great

It’s a very good hotel with convenient location closed to the metro station in a very nice district with restaurants and shopping mall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities. Very good breakfast with the local soups offer and international dishes as well. We appreciate the attitude and help of reception stuff, who supported us in all the queries. Would definitely choose this hotel for the next stay.

I loved how large, clean and full of light the room was. There was enough space for everything. They had an electric cattle along with tea, coffee, sugar, dried milk on the table as well as two bottles of water which were brought every day. They also offered such hygienic products as a toothbrush, toothpaste, a shower cap, a razor and a brush. In the shower there were a shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The towels were changed to the new clean ones every day. You can iron your clothes on the 5th floor in the laundry room. Location - 10-15 min walk to the metro station of Line 14.

At the desk only once there was a girl who spoke English. In most cases to check-in or ask a question you would need to use a translator or bring a friend who speaks Chinese as I did. The breakfast is from 6:30 till 10:00 a.m., as I woke up late sometimes, I wished I could have had breakfast till 11:00 a.m.

The hotel were good, just beside the Wangjing Walk, only few staff in the reception can speak English the rest is you need a translator phone would help. There is a lot choices for the breakfast but it’s just the same everyday. They clean the room everyday, they provide basic amenities for showers and hot drinks. Free drinking water just request for a refill.

Location to metro only 5 mins from hotel. Easy access to all attractions by the metro Restaurants, takeaways 2 minutes away with every taste covered. Shopping mall. Worked well for are needs.

Can't really fault it for the price. Think before ordering a Didi the traffic sometimes is horrendous Spent 20 mins moving 500 MTRS one day. But metro only round the corner so not a problem.

They changed our room as it smelt of smoke. Chinese people smoke in hotel rooms even though it’s prohibited.

This property was earlier holiday inn. The location is very convenient to Beijing capital Airport and Business districts. All the offices are located nearby. The staff at the check-in was very helpful. The breakfast spread was normal. Staff very helpful.

Earlier they used to provide the skin lotion for winter which was missing.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in China. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and assisting us multiple times. The rooms were spotless, completely free of smoke odor, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very hospitable. Room was nice, great view. Nice gym. Breakfast was amazing, great choice of both European and Chinese dishes. Closest subway station is 10-15min away by foot.
