breakfast is not value to money

Air conditioning not cool

It was another excellent stay at this establishment and it is now my go to for any stays I have in Beijing. I flew in from the UK and went straight to the hotel by taxi and was quickly booked in by the receptionist Zhang Lin who was very friendly and professional throughout - this is no small thing regards booking in hotels in China which can be labourious and time consuming process which is the last thing you need after a long haul flight but Zhang Lin understood that I needed my bed and was very efficient in getting me booked in and to my room. When I booked out - the gentlemen on reception were very friendly and helpful in getting me a taxi to Beijing South railway station and helped me out of the door with my heavy luggage which was much appreciated. The breakfast is also excellent! Loads of dishes and they taste great, room was great and had a welcoming note for me written in English which I thought was a nice touch.

We liked the breakfast offer, it was really a wide range of fresh food from national to international. The staff was kind and helpfull during the breakfast.

Unfortunately the reception staff speaks no english, so it makes it very difficult to ask for information. We booked a room on the high floors (14-15), but we received a room on the 6th floor, so I was a little disappointed, I expected to have a better view. The hotel needs really a deep renovation, the carpets are worn and lost color, the furnitures are old and demaged, such as the wall- and floor tiles of the rooms and corridors. The hall and the breakfast room is OK however.The downloaded chinese maps places this hotel to a differnt place, so first we walked to a bad destination, being terrorized it even doesn't exist. Furtunately google map worked at that point well enough to show us where to look for. Jingtai is the closest metro station, than 700 m of walk.

The hotel left us with only positive impressions! We had a wonderful time, and we would especially like to highlight the work of two employees — Joseph Wang and Cui Gong Hao. We encountered a small issue: we forgot our gifts for our colleagues from Russia and were very upset about it. But at that moment, Joseph Wang came to our rescue! He showed incredible responsiveness and friendliness by sending our items to us by mail in record time. Thanks to his help, we were able to delight our colleagues from China! A big thank you to Joseph Wang for his professionalism and care! We are immensely grateful to him and the entire hotel staff for the excellent service. We will definitely return again!

Everything was super, we had a great stay. The staff were really very lovely including our room steward Youth Yang. The location was handy near 3 metro stations. Breakfast was amazing, great choice. We had an excellent view from the 15th floor. The pool was a bonus too and the water was nice and warm. We ate locally at a couple of restaurants which were very nice and in the in-house restaurant which was excellent. It was clean and safe & the room size was really good with a bath & shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The staff was great and helpful. Especially Joseph Wang who gave us a lot of tips. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was exceptional.

We asked the reception if they happen to have a laundry service and the answer was yes. The laundry services were great, except for a fact that it needed extra charge. Nobody informed us about it, so we ended up paying a 1000RMB more because of the laundry only. It would have been nice if somebody would tell us this, beforehand we pay a terrible amount of money for laundry.

Everything was perfect.. staff is very cooperative and helpful. Every time i need a taxi they booked it for me. Joseph wang and Zhang lin helped me a lot. I recommend the other staff of the hotel to learn english as Joseph and Zhang..!! I will definitely recommend staying here again in future. Breakfast was really good and has wasted variety of choices..!

Its a bit offside from the main city

Spacious room. Good selection of breakfast. There are a market and some eateries nearby. Overall good value.

Staff speak little to no English which was very difficult to communicate. We booked a room on a higher floor but given the room on the lower floor instead and they said no other rooms available on the higher floor. The worst is there was smoking smell in the room (but we changed room on a later night).

The staff were polite . However, If you're looking for staff who are fluent in English, this is not the place! The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of Chinese and Western food and the waitresses were very helpful. The swimming pool was amazing and a great place to relax with my tween at the end of the day. Location is great- with Temple of Heaven not far away and many good value restaurants across the road .

beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and provided water, tea and coffee everyday! the room was very well cleaned and staff were kind and helpful. we also were given fresh towels often and it was lovely and peaceful. the location was pretty good, with two metro stops around a five minute cycle away and some nice restaurants nearby!

the room smelt very slightly like cigarettes which was a little off-putting but it became fainter as the trip went on (potentially the previous guest had smoked in the room). the wifi was not good and we used our data for the duration of the stay but the signal was good on our phones so this was not a significant issue.
