Centralized location, convenient, comfortable, lobby lounge staff excellent, house keeping staff did excellent job, and overall satisfied.

Checking in and checking out very disorderly. People just keep jumping queues, should engage a queue line so that staff could serve on "first come first serve" basis. Kind of messy. The Chinese restaurant Dim Sum meals are turning from good to worse. Quality used to be good few years ago before covid, now the quality is so bad. will not go back again unless they reinstate the old format.

All to expectation! Nice hotel with all you do expect. Nice bathroom with shower and seperate bath tube, big room - I think I did get an upgrade. Breakfast excellent!

The room service is great. The lady is very welcoming and friendly. I like that the hotel provides fresh fruit (four types of fruit: melon, apple, peach, nectarine, or banana) for the room guests every day! They even have a plate with a fork and knife for the guests to use, very thoughtful service. There are bath salts available for the guests who want to take a bath. The shower stall and the bathtub are clean and spacious. The breakfast is great, lots of variety to choose from. I like the bright light in the room. The breakfast selections tend to be tailored to Asians. It’s amazing they even have hand made xiaolongbao for breakfast. There are a lot of Asian style breakfast dishes available. If you like Asian style food, gotta go check out their breakfast buffet. Breakfast is very busy between 8-10am. Their lunch buffet is also great, international selections of food and much quieter with fewer people. I love their hand made dessert, all you can eat salmon sashimi, steak, and the fresh deep fried tempura. They also have the Dim Sum Buffet available on the second floor. There are many dishes to choose from and they taste quite authentic, just like the ones in the Canton province. There is an indoor and outdoor tennis court, gym, and swimming pool. The swimming pool is bright, not deep, and the water temperature is warm.

I don’t like the air refresher smell in the lobby and in the floor. It smells like the kind they use in the airplane, which makes me headache. Breakfast is very busy between 8-10am. There are too many guests in the restaurant after 8:30am and you may have to sit outside in the lobby lounge. The hotel seems very busy and they are many guests checking in and out every day. It may take a while to check in and out. The hotel front desk people also seem unfamiliar with the fapiao system. They told me they couldn’t offer fapiao because I booked the hotel online and I had to call Booking.com to sort it out and then they finally gave me the fapiao. There are many children in the swimming pool after 7pm.

Check in was two hour late. Booking.com showed the upgrade rooms and 1day free mini-bar. But the staff of the reception didn't know well about the conditions. So I explained it and get it finally. And the next room was very noisy. I think they're preparing an wedding ceremony. And booking.com say the hotel room has a bidet. But there wasn't the bidet. The receptionist didn't understand what I say. She don't know "BIDET". Even they brought a bath tube for baby. It was a crazy situation.
