Very clean. Easy to manage A/C., Nice staff, helpful. Big TV opposite the bed (often wrong place n other hotles.). Breakfast with many varieties. Fresh cut baquettes are very nice. Big selection of chinese dishes too. Cereals, etc.

The coffee for breakfast is bad. There is no bacon, but some luncheon meat fried slices for the fried eggs.. No scrambled eggs. This improvement would make for foreigners a big difference. We came to eat dinner ome evening.. I do not want a long story, just that we did not enjoy ist and the place was empty anyway except us. But the, a canteen type of room is very good for breakfast but notheing else. There is no bench or something to put the suitase on. I, 78, do not like to work on my suitcase one the floor for 4 days. A bench in front of the TV would spoil the symmetry a little but it could be made to fold and would be a great convenience.

The receptionist at the front desk was superb. Betty and Mandy. Helped us a lot and it was their impeccable services which will make me want to stay here again the next time I visit GZ. Thumbs up Hilton and u should reward these 2 staff. Gems if the hotel!

Wifi was a bit laggy. Breakfast could have more variety or have a variety of breakfast cuisine every 2-3 days. Chefs could have put a bit more heart thinking thru food preparations. Long staying guests like myself for 16 days, I totally appreciate a good change of menu.

my collague and I stay in 1 room, for 4 days. it was clean, big and so comfortable. The location is around 10 min walk to Linhexi metro station. Staff interested our problems but only bad thing is they do not speak english very well. you need to be ready for conversations with translater.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the housekeeping lady Ms Lau Yuk Ying for her professionalism and kindness. She responses timely for my many special requests e.g. an extra towel or replenishment of toiletries, etc.. Besides, her dedication to maintain a clean and tidy room is truely commendable.

Every single hotel staff is caring and they go out of their way to help the guests. Location is great. Canton Fair shuttle service is excellent.

This is a great hotel - clean and modern. The room was lovely! Breakfast was good. We went to the Canton fair and the shuttles were effiient

The staff don't speak a lot of English. We got by, so it was no problem, but I would recommend that they work on this

Very good hotel great location in the new city, rich breakfast offer. Very clean. Good for the business trip, only 10 km from canton fair expo.

Clean, like the decor and toilet arrangement. Daily room cleaning service is super efficient !

The hotel is located a bit far from the nearest metro station for walking.

Good value for money overall. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable rooms.

The location was good, but it wasn’t as close to the Metro as I would’ve liked, specially with the hot and rainy weather during my stay.

Room was very clean but Noisy at night during whole stays. Also the hair dryer is out of date. Others all good.
