The Hotel was very clean and fresh. Parquetry in the bedroom so you don't have that stuffy smell. Room was quite spacious and modern. Bathroom/Toilet very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staffs were very welcoming and speak english very well. We also like the airport bus shuttle (To & From the airport) but make sure to check the time with reception.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but on a side note, be careful not to get scam at the airport. When we arrived late at night, we called the hotel several times to see if we could still get the free "Airport Shuttle" but no one answered the phone. So we had to take a taxi and we got scammed at the airport by 2 guys pretending to be Taxi drivers. We asked whether they have the meter and they said "yes" and rushed us in the taxi. But when you reached your destination, they charged you like 5 times more and said they have to pay for the parking at the airport. So please be careful. It was not a pleasant experience especially after a long flight and got scammed first thing as you land.

Very comfortable sleep and cleanliness

Shuttle airport service only runs once an hour, I arrived 9:15pm, I then waited nearly 1.5 hours for the next shuttle, by the time I made it to hotel I’d missed room service which ends at 10:30pm taxis seem to only take cash for and for a layover I only had my card.

Great location, about 10 minutes away from the airport. Food was good, not so much variety but good. Room had an OK size. Very clean. There is a small park outside that looks nice at night. Staff was friendly.

Location, there is a noisy warehouse across the street. The street where it's located is an alley that isn't too nice. Food variety was low. The bathroom is quite small.

The rooms were comfy, with well thought out amenities and quality layout. I really had the best sleep here. Thank you too for room service. Simply awesome 👍🏾

Location is a bit far from Airport and we cannot find hotel's shuttle bus. Hotel is new and spotless, cozy and refreshing. Staff are nice.

It would be great if shuttle bus location and schedule can be shared online or in reservation email.

It’s quite far from the city, so if you’re on a long stay over (24h) with China southern, you can’t just jump on a train into the city

Good price and it's a fairly new hotel. Very closed to the airport and shuttle bus was provided. I would stay again if I need to be near the airport.

It's a bit far to find a good restaurant

The customer service was exceptional. I arrive the hotel way before the check-in time and the receptionist try to give me the room at a earliest time and even upgrade my room.

The drainage seems clogged especially my room sink sink. The water took very long to drain.

Nice breakfast but no variation throughout my stay.
