Excellent location and convenient transportation,hotel facilities,clean and tidy rooms,live very comfortable,the front desk staff are very helpful,proactive. And the “Ben Dai” staff are very nice.

Breakfast operation was very poor. We had to wait long time for seat because table cleaning was slow and had to take seat in different room even though there were table open.

The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

The facilities are great. The gym is not big but has all the basic equipment and a killer view. The breakfast is amazing: plenty of choices and freshly made food. We booked two rooms. The cleaning staff of both rooms (王冬菊 Daisy Wang and 符祥丹 Leah Fu) are very professional and detail oriented. The doormans are really helpful.

The swimming pool was in maintenance while we were there and spa treatments are pretty expensive.

Staff Daisy Qiu went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially for our baby. She took great care to make sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, making the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. The hotel room is well designed, with great views of the sea. Really clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of good food choices.

The property is located off the mainland of Haikou but easily accessible. It is next to a mall with plenty of bars which is good for night hangout with musics and beers. The property is very clean like SERIOUSLY CLEAN and well maintained. The toiletries provided are very good too (it's Byredo for shampoo, body wash, body lotion etc.). Very happy with the price I paid.

Great location, just a short walk to HCC, where there are lots of food options. Staff were very helpful and polite, and helped to book airport transfer. Room was spacious and comfortable, but do note that you would need to top up 80 RMB per day to rent crockery if you want to use the in-room kitchen.

The hotel didn't have a baby cot or baby bathtub, so may not be very frendly to families with infants like ours.

The well decorated and spacious rooms overlooking the sea and the city in the distance. The staff despite the language difficulty was always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jack Yang and a girl at the reception ( managed our check out )who were the only ones who could speak a little English.

Slow internet and almost impossible to access some western sites at the internet, but this looks like isn't a hotel problem.

It was very good in terms of comfortability but in terms of vegetarian options not much options available. There should be something without onion and garlic and there should be at least few staff members who can English speaking guests. Overall it was good stay.

All stafffs are very helpful. They answered all questions politely and took extra miles to help to arrange transport and carry luggages. Breakfast are superb and excellent. So many varieties of foods to choose from they even have local Hainanese foods. Love it so much! Room are spacious and very clean too! Highly recommended!

The view of the Century Bridge by day and by night was simply gorgeous. And the long bathroom is everyone's dream bathroom
