Staff were helpful but couldn’t speak too much English, which as a business traveller can be problematic. Great value for money.
No 24 hour room service, again problematic when on a hectic schedule and arriving in at 2am and needing to eat before a 5am strat to travel for meetings. Wifi was incredibly slow which meant that I couldn’t get the work I needed done before I slept and left the next morning. Staff were however incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and ordered me a Mac Donald’s, which I was incredibly grateful for. Rooms were also dated and worn.

The gym was good.
The room was very very hot. It was winter but the temperature in the room could not be individually adjusted meaning I couldn’t turn on the aircon. The property uses a central heating system and it was set too warm. The room was at 26 degrees the whole night even with the window opened. In short, it was simply way too warm and stuffy. It was hard to sleep.
