The location of the hotel is very central and close to restaurants, shopping and sights. It's easy to get a taxi to go here from the train station or the airport. Their breakfast had a wide selection of foods that'll satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Horizon Business Lounge was also a nice bonus for those paying for the privilege. The staff were all professional and friendly.

Having experienced other Shangri-Las in the world this one seems dated and the facilities such as the on site gym is lacking when even compared to the one in Ulaanbaatar which had more equipments such as an Olympic Lifting platform and lifting cage.

I was disappointed that the staff refused to credit points to my Shangri-La Circle card during my three-day stay.

We visited to Huh hot to have a fun, and chose Shangri-La hotel. Most of staffs were spoken in English, but not all. Fortunately we met LinDaHai, a mongolian room attendant, Aviva Chen, who served us enthusiastically and in an orderly manner. She sent us some bottles of water during our stay in period of hot weather, let us feeling the warmth of home. Thanks a lot.

The location was convenient, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, especially Linda Hai and Aviva Chen, who were asking if we need anything and were willing to help.

Didn't have spa treatments unlike most Shangri-la's I've stayed in previously.

The property was beautifully in all aspects and had so many features and was accommodating for all types of guests and needs. The staff were very professional and helpful. Always had a smile with a polite greeting!

I made a request for the room to have a card/chocolate in advance as part of the trip was for a special accomplishment. Even though my special request was approved but not done upon approval, it still was a wonderful place
