The hotel location is good especially for rainy season. 文和有 is just downstairs and 太平老街, 坡之街 are just a stone away. We would like to give a special mention and thanks to Jane for her excellent service and also recommendations for future visits.

staffs are friendly，breakkie is good
1 for breakkie，the good thing is my favorite chicken sausage is just at the front of the entrance，but they all cold, and bacon were too dry and cold, hard to chew, not friendly to old people. 2 ordered delivery food but had to pick up myself, if good for such luxury hotel to have little robots to deliver for all customers

View, roomsize, facilities, location.
Invoicing at departute. Hotel had canceled without any consultation the booking.com reservation and used their standard not agreed upon roomrares at checkout. Mentioned taxes, but no information on applicable taxes and not present on invoice. Booking. com rate was confirmed all inclusive tariff for 2 nights identical room. Lost rmb 230 on roomrates snd simular amount on lost booking.com reward. Arguments and booking.com confirmations were not accepted. Taxi outside waiting, so loss accepted but never again a Hyatt hotel in China.
