The villas are beautiful and very private. Staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast were very tasty and various.

the one thing which is not perfect is the beach, lot of small stones on the beach and also in the water so i recommend to take shoes if you planning to go to the water. Also the water is very very low maybe 1m and the sea view, is kind of ruin because a lot of boats are parked all days righ infront of the hotels beach.

Kids(2-4 years old) love the playground! Spa is excellent, time management is great, anything is smooth. the body and facial massage are high quality. Staff are nice! Well trained! Chef are talkative, familiar with the kids. They updated our flight schedule, we were so appreciated they told us our flight was cancelled, All the staff were helpful and arranged us a taxi immediately, we catch on the flight finally, but we did left some stuff in the hotel, and they sent back to us. They all professional! Thai food and bbq food are outstanding! Floating breakfast is fancy!

The beach is too big, the view is too great, can’t take enough pics. Indoor swimming pool is too lovely, kids are too ignorant to play and swim in the pool whole day.

Everything was amazing. Wonderful private Villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property is peaceful and relaxing, beautifully kept and well maintained. They have there own private beach which you can relax on without hundreds of other tourists. Every evening at 5:30 you can sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset with a few free glasses of wine and canapés. All the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. The manager Hickey was great, gave us a tour of the property when we first arrived and was happy to help with anything we needed. Both my wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Sanya.

The staff, the location directly by the beach and the villas with pool are very good. We visited the spa every day - expensive but worth it thanks to the excellent staff and products. People enjoy working there and that makes service exceptional. The villas are very nice and provide a quite and private stay.

The restaurant facility has a bit canteen atmosphere- that could improved.

The hotel is absolutly amazing. Villa is very private and comfortable, all the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and with a lot of variety, both for chinese and western food.

Excellent service at the highest level. They will always help you with any question. The villa is large, daily cleaning.

Not a great deal of English, but the staff does their best. I found the resort to actually be quite tranquil and relaxing. This isn't like most of the resorts in the area. You can actually feel like you are "getting away" and can kind of lose touch with the outside world like you can't at most resorts. The food was really good, and fairly priced for a 5 star resort. The best thing was having your own pool to swim in each day, which our young daughter (and us!) loved. I want to give a special shout out to Hickey who acted as a personal concierge throughout the trip to make sure that we didn't have problems with the language barrier. Thanks Hickey! I also want to thank the head of F and B Jimmy, who went out of his way to be kind and helpful to our family. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. You'll pay for it, but if you are looking to truly get away from it all... it's worth it.

Top service, much improved on other locations in Sanya. Villa and surrounding area always clean by the time u return from breakfast. Free happy hour a nice additional touch too. Also forwarded everything we left behind for minimal postage charge.

Only small neg, can take them a while to clean the pool each day. Beach is also slightly less appealing than Yalong.

A fantastically beautiful hotel with luxury villas. Extremely beautiful territory. All villas have their own swimming pool of sufficient size for swimming. There is also a huge main swimming pool in the hotel, for those who like to swim a lot, always clean and free. The breakfasts are excellent , high-quality food, perfect service. During the breakfast we saw maximum 3-5 families in one time. Very calm and quiet hotel, while the lively area of Sanya is about 3 km away. The staff at the hotel is very kind, always ready to help in everything. The service is at the highest level. Special thanks to Spencer, who made our stay even more fantastic, we had a villa for 2 people, but there were 3 of us and Spencer upgraded our villa to the deluxe villa. An extra bed is also provided absolutely free of charge. The villa was cleaned 2 times a day, we didn't even notice when they did it. Our friends came to us and they were also delighted. We are looking forward to coming back again at some point for sure!
