The location is perfect! Huge lobby as entrance to the restaurant and shopping street, delicious food and close walk to the beach. Breakfast at the hotel lovely, rich, delicious food and lots of choice! Desserts are fine, yogurt station lovely!

The Spa was disappointing. One of the massage girls was constantly on the phone doing unlikely her job. She was more into sms chatting than doing massage. Not with at all, 500 rmb thrown away ( Overall the rooms are a bit dated, but it is okay, location and the food compensates it!

the location is good. A lot of deliveries available. There is also Starbucks and McDonalds near the hotel in case if you get tired of Chinese food. The dinner buffet is great in the hotel on the opposite side of the road. On the beach the hotel staff will always find a free beachchair for you

if breakfast is not included to your room price, then don’t buy it at all. Poor variety of food, even the Chinese food on breakfast wasn’t really satisfying. Definitely doesn’t worth 99-130 yuan.

Nice Chinese decor style . Room with private pool which was very comfortable and relaxing . The staff were making you feel welcome all the time , from the personnel in reception (special mention to Steve ) to the cleaning ladies .

Needs updating , and breakfast wasn’t amazing, but no complaints as the price was very reasonable . Overall excellent value for money .

Architecture of some facilities is in a traditional Chinese style, looks and feels very nice.

One very little complain is that towels and all on the beach are offered only from 9 to 18. It's a pity, because many people enjoy the sea at sunset or sunrise hours.

First of all I want to say Big thanks to Steve.🤝👍 This guy knows English and can understand me. He Always helps very fast and I you don’t need to explain him what to do :) Also plus is Price/quality level. Place of the hotel is very good. It’s not first sea line but in the same time price also good than Hotels on first line.

Need more European food for not Chinese visitors. Believe me for other people Chinese food is difficult food we can’t eat noodles on breakfast all time 😂 Now cheese and no meet or bacon. Porridge also should be on milk or on water not looks like a glue. Please also more fruits ☺️

The location was perfect for my family. With two teens having a mall near by with lots to see and eat was great. They had independence to walk around even at night. I appreciated the choice of coffee shops. The beach was just across the street. The room was large enough for three. The gigantic tub was awesome! Lastly, they let my family and I check out late because our flight left really late at night. So, we were able to sleep in, swim and pack up before setting out on more adventures.

We visited in December so the pools were too cold to swim. The resort is far from all the other attractions so I spent a lot on taxis to get around.

The hotel was great; the staff are really nice and helpful and the hotel is really clean and looked after. The staff's English skills are limited but they will still try and help you as best they can. There are a few swimming pools and they're all really nice. There is a little shopping village on the literal doorstep to the hotel which has plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and stores. There are a few western chain restaurants, too. The beach is just across the street and there are sunbeds for hotel guests. Can't complain about anything and we will definitely come back to this hotel when we come back to Sanya.

Traces of blood on a curtain (hope it’s mosquito :)) ), pretty weird noise under sofa at night, like a mouse or some kind of like this (heard just one night, but couldn’t see. We lived on the first floor)

Perfect location. Just few minutes to the beach and in the centre of the bay. Great choice of restaurants must in front of the hotel. Beautiful gardens and pools. Like in a botanic garden. Loved the plants. The room was comfortable especially the beds. It was cleaned every day and the towels were of good quality. Cannot complain

Only breakfast could be improved. During few days too many people and the food was grabbed. The personnel tried to make the tables as quick as possible but still difficult to find a place. The food mainly Chinese style breakfast which was always the same rather cold. This could be improved
