The Good location, amazing interior and exterior. very close to beach.

The staff was absent from the beach. every day played only one sad melody. The breakfast was ordinary and not change.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The architecture is worthy of mention. The use of wood, concrete and tile is so tastefully done. The breakfast options were great. The staff were nice. The signature massage and body scrub offer was well worth it. To be honest it was everything I needed it to be. Serene and quiet by the ocean with well manicured gardens. I have to give it to them, they did their homework!

I had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms are great, very spacious, and offer nice views with all the necessary amenities. The gardens and pools are a lovely touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good, though not extraordinary, it was adequate for a satisfying start to the day. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its prime beachfront location, offering easy access to a beautiful beach, which was a highlight of my stay.

However, there are areas where the hotel could improve. The pool area needs better maintenance, as it didn't always meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Additionally, the hotel, in general, would benefit from more consistent upkeep. Service was good but could be elevated to match a five-star rating. For instance, the absence of welcome drinks was noticeable—a small touch that is typically standard in 5* hotels and easy to implement. Overall, it's a solid choice for a beachside vacation, but with a few improvements, it could truly stand out. Hard to find something better in the area.

Loved the theme and decoration of the hotel. It does transport you to Thailand. Every space is extremely well thought out. I even loved the bathrooms 🤣 Loved the pool with partial beach and sea view, and the direct access to the beach. Very decent gym as well. The room is stunning, with balcony, huge bathroom with moving door/window so you can get a view of the balcony.

Only one thing. I spotted a little gecko in the room on my third day. The guard downstairs said they're harmless but offered to change my room if it bothered me. I am not too surprised this would happen. Sanya is a tropical nature place and the hotel is very open. They do have a notice upon entering the room explaining that this could happen.

The hotel is nice as usual, it's not the first time we come here and we love its Balinese style, rooms are clean, with good size and with amazing balcony/view. Breakfast is also quite good, there are several options and the outside table area is really enjoyable. The swimming pool is great too. The beach is nice and not overcrowded. The hotel location is not too far from the hotel and close to several restaurants.

The problem seems to be there is no maintenance of the beach facilities. There were only few beach umbrellas (they removed some, just leaving the poles), not enough deckchairs and some available were broken. No personnel in the beach area to assist you: unlock the deckchairs (they're chained to the umbrella pole) and keep them available for the hotel guests (other people were always occupying them). The beach is very nice, but the private spots of the hotels aren't well kept. Also, the bed mattresses in the swimming pool area are old and broken. In the room, keeping the shower temperature stable was an issue. In my opinion, this could be a 9/10 score hotel with just a bit more of maintenance and care.

The hotel is nice and the bedrooms are comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and there are different areas which gives you the opportunity to stay away from the central part where most people sit. The jacuzzi is very nice as well. The breakfast was great as there was a good variety of food.

The bar at the swimming pool was close and the restaurants weren’t always open. The business center was close as well. Most of the staff was nice but one guy at the beach was very rude. We asked him for a drink from the bar and he said it wasn’t possible and run away. When we sat at the beach he didn’t give us any towels, which was included in the service.

Very nice area and hotel with beautiful style and decoration. Peaceful atmosphere with serviable and kind staff.

External facilities (swimming pool and beach) suffering of lack of care. Unfortunately no pool bar opened.

God breakfast, the location is really good. The beach area is clean. The staff is super nice. My room was huge and super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The pool was a little on the small side. The private beach was rocky and many locals tried to take the beach chairs.

The staff is very accommodating. They will try and solve any issue you may have, and will find someone to help if they can't directly. The villas are very well designed and private. Location and price of the hotel are fantastic! Great place for couples or friends, not necessarily for families.

A minor issue, but something as large as the villas should include a Nespresso station or something similar in the room.

Some areas could do with an upgrade. The pool bar was closed and no one was taking orders at the pool- a lot of money could've been made there!
