I firstly booked for 1 night, and I was so pleased with the th hotel that I extended my stay at this hotel for another 3 nights form our group. The rooms are spacious and clean Bathrooms are well equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Shower Gel. Location was just what we needed, as it was near the NECC and very near to the Train Station. Breakfast was great. We especially enjoyed the fresh salad and fruit. Staff always friendly and helpful. The manager Ray was specially helpful and accommodation at the late hour check in

One of the best hotels during my 4 months of traveling. It's a 4-star hotel with a high level of service and beauty. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything looks luxurious and rich. The breakfast here is the best!! A huge selection of everything, and everything is super delicious. I haven't seen anything like it before. The breakfast alone makes it worth it. The hotel has a fantastic gym and pool. Not many people around, lots of equipment, all in good condition. It was a huge plus for us. The hotel is located near the airport, and all the landing planes fly right above it. Very low. So, we experienced a lot of interesting emotions personally; it was breathtaking. We also captured many great shots. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. They even gave us a room with a view of the planes, as we requested. I highly recommend it to everyone. The only downside might be the airplane sounds, which could be a disturbance for some.

The only thing that might disturb is the noise of planes coming in for landing. The noise level is generally normal, but the planes will be audible (they hardly fly during late nights).

Foyer and entrance were very attractive and clean Room and bed were super comfortable Breakfast was the biggest variety smorgasbord I have ever seen! Staff were so friendly and helpful and had great English conversational skills

Location wasn't as central as I hoped for The pool was heated, yet the temperature outside was 39 More English information and TV options would have been great

Very nice hotel, GREAT gym area even with a real swimming pool. Very good breakfast and nice restaurant/room service.

Planes going into Hongqiao airport pass close overhead. Quite noisy. But no flights during evenings and nights so sleep is ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The main concierge person was excellent.

For a foreigner on long stay like I was then the location was not so good as there was not so much locally like restaurants that were accessible, However, the happy hour buffet dinner at the hotel was good.

the only matter of this hotel is, 1) no place for walk on account of construction outside 2) the sound of airplanes flying over the hotel It is reasonable choice, if you are looking for hotel for business trip.

The staff was good. interactive, supportive, rooms cleaned and service staff also very supportive Breakfast was sumptuously well decorated with vast varieties.

They can train there staff for use of more chinese to english app. Though the staff were quick to call others.

Break fast spread is wide. One suggestion is people like me who are vegetarian the choices are very limited. Ofcourse the staff helped me in selecting. But it would be better that if there is a counter for vegetarian food.
