Convenient location close to the airport. Staff of kind people, however not all speak and understand English. Nice facilities that include swimming pool and gymnasium. Value for money and can be recommended to others.

The Cordis was a very modern but cosy hotel with great amenities and atmosphere. There was a free shuttle bus from PEK airport to take you to and from the airport just outside the terminal building. The staff at the hotel were just fabulous. We stayed at the hotel as a layover between flights with our toddler who had a cough and was feeling unwell. The staff arranged for a local pharmacy to drop off medication for him, with one of the reception staff even paying for this out of her own pocket (we reimbursed her with cash). We can't speak more highly of all the staff we met during our short stay. The family room was large and was pre-set up with an adorable cot and bedding for our toddler. For us parents, we had a huge bath and shower to freshen up and managed to get some sleep on a very comfy bed. The view from the room was also amazing and our toddler had a lot of fun sitting on the chaise watching the aeroplanes take off and land. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very close to the airport, and the free shuttle bus was very convenient. Rooms were large, and beds were very comfortable. (Except for the fold-out bed. This was not great.) The hotel was absolutely massive, with lots of staff, but seemingly very few guests. The included breakfast offered excellent variety. The concierge, Johnny, was fabulous.

The fold out bed was very uncomfortable. We booked a room for three adults, but had to request the third bed on arrival.

We had a fantastic experience at Cordis! Arriving earlier than expected, they promptly accommodated us with a room—a much-needed relief after a 13-hour flight. The shuttle service was efficient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, even assisting us in arranging a taxi to downtown. The food exceeded our expectations; opting for the all-you-can-eat menu provided us with a generous spread at an excellent value. If we find ourselves with another layover in Beijing in the future, we'll undoubtedly choose Cordis again. Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Free shuttle from and to T3. Friendly staff, that can help you in English. If they don’t speak English, they’ll use a translator or will find a colleague who does. Room large and with a view. Gym, sauna, pool (though jacuzzi was closed Dec 2023). Very comfy and large bed. Great food options at the hotel. Flexible check-in. I arrived early in the morning and got into my room to rest. I was also allowed to eat my breakfast on arrival instead of next morning as I was going to check out in the middle of the night.

Nothing to mention. Really exceptional hotel.

The hotel is first class close to the domestic airport and not far to go. The facilities were top notch and restaurant for dinner was delicious. It is almost luxurious and the bath tub was delightful, big and deep to lay in. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the pillows soft and fluffy and felt new. It was also close to a small lake and shopping not far to walk for any last minute gifts for family and friends. The staff were very helpful and kind and spoke a little englist which was more than me and show's they are willing to go that extra mile for their guests. A wonderful good choice if you need the airport.

it’s very convenient for people need easy access to the airport, nice room, friendly and attentive staff. manager on duty Alisa was very nice and upgraded me and offered breakfast discount after a pick-up related issue.

staff dealing with booking needs some extra training. I arrive at T3 late at night and booked pick up with the hotel which I confirmed again two days before I arrive. however, when I came out from arrival, there was no one to meet me. lucky the airport staff at information desk helped me call the hotel and asked them to send pick up over. and lucky the hotel is not far from T3, and I waited for about 10 mins before the hotel golf cart arrived. later when I checked with reception, they told me the cart was sent out after they received the call only, which means my earlier pick up request was not arranged properly. If I didn’t mark down the hotel number earlier, or the airport staff didn’t help me call, it would have been very inconvenient and frustrating.

I’d really like to thank the exceptional staff who went above and beyond when I needed medical attention during my recent stay. I was suffering from a kidney stone and wanted painkillers before my long haul flight - so Leo from the concierge team accompanied me and my partner to the local hospital emergency room. He was joined by the off-duty chief concierge, Johnny, who wanted to make sure everything went smoothly, and who then accompanied us to the airport to let the airline staff know my situation. And this is all happening late at night! Really appreciated the care and compassion. Buffet breakfast was also great!

The hotel, its facilities and the rooms were excellent. I chose to spend another night there on the way back. It is a first class hotel. There is a nice shuttle service using an electric cart, even though it is an easy walk.

The advice given, to take a taxi to the Great Wall cost us 500Y which was way too high and the driver complained bitterly as he tried to take his cab up the steep driveway at our destination. I had a Didi App and all they needed to do was help me to use it properly. The trip back only cost 120Y. They also need to make it clear that they have an easy-to-use shuttle service from Terminal 3 to the Hotel. We spent about 45 minutes thinking we needed to wait for a generic Airport Hotel Shuttle which never arrived. In short, staff may need to be better trained to make life for customers easy as well as protect them from over inflated price gouging.

The breakfast buffet was great- a lot of variety! The room was amazing, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The best part of my stay was the staff, they were all so friendly and lovely. A big thank you to Austin and Alex for the amazing customer service and for making my stay as smooth as possible, you both went above and beyond for me organizing transport back to the airport, organizing so I can check in hours earlier and for the lovely fruit bowl in my room. Would happily stay at and recommend the Cordis hotel again , 10/10 for everything. Thank you everyone especially Austin and Alex for the amazing service!
