You must have a fonctionning account on alipay and the chinese name to take the taxi to the hotel. Going back to the airport is easy

The location is excellent, the rooms were well ventilated despite the hot weather and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Our check-in was on Sunday evening, June 1st. We were received by very friendly receptionists and a woman who helped us with bringing luggage to our rooms and she offered us extra water. During breakfast we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Hongyong Li, thank you very much for the nice welcome and I will definitely come again.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We arrived a bit late, and the restaurant was already closed; in the surroundings, there was no place to grab some food. However, the staff, June Wang and Su, helped us to order food from outside, and they delivered it to the hotel. If they had not helped us, we couldn't have dinner that day. We could go to rest in the bedroom, and later on, the service robot came to deliver the food. The hotel room was very comfortable and with all of the amenities.

I could not understand how to turn the TV on. Also, I think that they can improve the starting time of the breakfast. We needed to leave very early, so we went to the breakfast at 6 am, and the staff was still preparing things; however, as soon they understood there were customers, they tried to serve us as fast as possible.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work, a lot of western social media sites blocked bar Snapchat. This is Chinese policy in the hotel but just to be aware when travelling. Location is amazing for the airport but far away from the actual city but a taxi costs approx 40-50 yen and is 20mins

Great Hotel! The hotel has a 24-hour reception which is very handy if you have a late or early flight and still want to check in/out. In China they mostly speak little to no English so everything is done via a translation app also at the airport. Outside of the airport taxi's were waiting, it took me 13 minutes from the airport to the hotel for just 20MBT (€2.55). With me, the ATMs at the airport were closed at night and you can't pay by card in taxis. So do make sure you either withdraw cash here or have euros or other currency with you to exchange money (I did this at a stent for mobile data at the airport arrival). The hotel itself was very good. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff were also very friendly, I was helped very well and kindly by the breakfast assistant Li Hongying, and the rest of the team. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive with western but also Chinese dishes to choose from. All in all, a good choice to choose this hotel for an overnight transfer for example.

Good breakfast spread - plenty of options for vegetarians. The size of the room is huge - with a separate sitting room and tea table included! Bed is large and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with toiletries provided.

1. Somehow a mosquito entered into the room at night, and disturbed my sleep throughout the night. Strange, with all the windows and door closed. Perhaps mosquito repellant should be provided by the hotel for guest use. 2. The smell of smoke is apparent as soon as I left the room and walked into the corridor, and the lift as well. Would have preferred a non-smoking hotel, where guests are not allowed to smoke in common areas.

Staff attitude are helpful & friendly. As we had been allocated to a room that full of smoking smell, staff helped us to change very efficiently. All our minor requests like needing tapes to secure baggage tag, no card for electricity all these, they responded very quick with good manner. Breakfast serving was good, the in-charge was friendly and eager to help. Very good experience!

No fridge in the room making it not convenient to guest if we have drinks or food to fridge!

The bed was super comfortable. Especially after being in Thailand for two months, where the beds are quite hard. The room was big and well equipped with enough towels, toothbrush, water bottles etc. Also super clean and late check in was no problem. The breakfast was beyond good and I wished that I would stay longer than one night. Lots of choice from Western to Chinese options. Fresh noodles (!) The staff were really welcoming and helpful especially Sujiahong (Xièxiè)and the reception boy. They helped me with all my questions and even ordered a taxi for me, although I didn’t had anymore Yan. 谢谢！再见！

Special thanks to June Wang from the front desk. She is incredibly kind and helpful. I had an unexpected stay and booked in the last minute, but everything turned out well thanks to June. The room was nice and clean, but a bit cold. Nothing the AC can’t fix. I usually don’t eat breakfast, but I am glad I didn’t skip it this time, as the selection was just incredible. A big thanks to the sweet Ling Cui Hua (梁翠华) for being so caring and attentive. I’d love to go back again!

Better you bring your own phone charger/adapter as the usb jacks in the rooms are a bit funky.
