Location and proximity to good Indian restaurants
Poor maintainance. The phone in the room was not working. Complained twice but it was not fixed. AC becomes too hot during winters.

Staff at the reception was very very helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, overall enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely be back.

Only had 1 time real breakfast though i stayed for 2 days because they start breakfast after 7..should start 6.30am as in many other hotel in China, because I have to go to station by 7.15...but the staf were nice enough to let me into breakfast hall at 6.45..though had nothing except egg n tea..but this is fine for me. the welcome biscuit n coffee in the lobby n nice staff are a plus point for this hotel.
what i dont like about the room..it is a big room with a game table..the game table is what is disturbing...we are not gamers..as we are on biz, they should be table n chair for biz..
