The location of the hotel is in one of the the main areas. A lot of hustle and bustle. Ease of access to shopping and night life. The staff was great and so was the breakfast!!! The room were nice and clean when we arrived. Check was easy. The pool area is well kept.

The hotel is a little out dated and could use some renovations, but for the price, can’t complain. I definitely would come back for another stay.

Super cool stuff, very friendly and helpful and smiley. 10/10 Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but you have choices. The area is fine, you can find shops etc but it might be a bit shady at night but I guess it is okay, just be more careful. Have a terrace and saun and spa ( never used ). The room is comfy.

They should take care a bit about minor details in the room and bathroom when it comes to furniture and other accessorie. Renew some things around.

Restaurant was very accommodating until I was allowed to check in at 3pm. Don't expect to check in any earlier. They upgraded for an extra 50,000 pesos, not bad, because they realized I would need a King-sized bed and bigger room from the one I originally reserved.. Internet worked perfectly and bed was a very comfortable. Great water pressure. Hot breakfast was available in the morning. Also the restaurant Salvatore, Italian food/pizza was a block away which was perfect for a family dinner. Two pharmacies are also close by in case of emergency which we had a sick child. I would stay here again.

The only thing that i did not like was the black water that went down in the street in front of the hotel obviously also with a bad smell. But that was something that the hotel had not in hand.

Nothing not to like. the staff is friendly and breakfast was good. Overall my stay went very well. I will be coming back.

More attention to detail during the check in. There was a billing issue on my way out that could have been easily prevented.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, fast wifi, performant A/C, hot water, small but nice pool, good breakfast

It could be very noisy (and impossible to sleep) if your room is located on the street (traffic never stop and the windows are single glazing !!)

On the whole the staff were very helpful, the pool was very enjoyable but opened late.

The pool was supposed to be open at 8A.M. but remained closed until 9. As we had a tight schedule that was dissapointing.

I liked the traditional hotel concept, the staff spoke basic English which was helpful. bed was comfy and price was very reasonable.

When we got back to our room on our check out day, we realized the door was left open. We are sure that we closed it when we left. Nothing was missing in our belongings still this was the only negative part of our stay. When I informed the front desk, the young men told me that it should be okay. obviously, it’s not okay for me and it constituted a safety issue.

The staff is nice and also the restaurant serves really good food.

The rooms should get a renovation. It works but it's old. Noise cancellation from the hallway is not the best.

Hotel Windsor Barranquilla is first class. The staff is customer-centered, professional, courteous, and willing to help you. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. Don't let their reasonable price fool you. They offer better service than the high price hotels in the area.
