The location was great, just about 20 minutes from the airport. The surrounding area is very safe. The room was pretty like a small apartment, it had a small kitchen as well. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a big closet where you can store your bags/clothes during your stay. Breakfast was amazing. Buffet had many options to choose from. You must take an Uber or Taxi to go almost anywhere in Bogota which was ok for us. The staff was very nice and polite. Reception is 24h. I would definitely stay in this hotel my next time I'm in Bogota again.

Noise outside on the street early in the morning. You can clearly hear people talking / walking in the hallway outside the room which lets you know they could also hear anything you do while you're in your room as well.

The staff is 100. Super helpful and kind. You feel that they are there for you. Once in the room, I really liked the way the spaces are distributed. Makes the room feel larger than it is and very organized. Love that the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath are included, no additional fees. The way it works is that you make the reservation with the staff and you get 2 hours all for your self. No one else will be allowed to enter while your there. I found this to be so nice because I was able to completely relax, nude, without having to worry that someone would interrupt. it is reserved Most places want to charge you extra. If your looking for something where you can pamper yourself without breaking the bank, this is your spot. Oh, BTW, did I mention breakfast buffet is also included?

Conveniently located right in the center of Bogota with metro access that will get you anywhere you need to be at. This is a safe neighborhood with an Oxxo, restaurants, and the metro line within walking distance. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and we loved the breakfast, the 24/7 concierge service, and the cleanliness of our room. Would love to stay here again.

Breakfast was good and different every day. Ivan was exceptional in service, attentiveness, and knowledge. Room was great size and had all that we needed including a fridge and microwave.

Aesthetics could have been better, but nothing to lose sleep over. bathroom waste disposal placement was not the best and was small.

We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchen. Wi-Fi in the rooms was pretty slow or it was not working. Mainly it worked in the kitchen.

They had good options for breakfast. Waitress was super nice. Staff in general was always happy to be of help. Friendly.

Miscommunication regarding check in. Not able to have breakfast in our room.

Really nice and welcoming personnel that are willing to assist you with anything. They are very knowledgeable of the experience that guests visiting for a US Embassy interview have.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive but still alright, there were some beeping noises coming from what I believe was a smoke detector that I could never understand

The part of Bogota doesn't have a great deal to do locally. Mattress was very hard
