Location is good, close to airport, to United States embassy, corferias, and gran estación mall, a lot of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful. The taxi service (white ones) that hotel work with, are amazing friendly, they can pick up you where you want and work 24/7, it’s amazing because you feel safe.

A lot of noise at night, so you can’t sleep early if you need wake up early in the morning. I pay for breakfast, and although it is good, they don’t have variety, and you take every day the same fruit and same bread. The towels need to get rid of the stains because it is like dirty.

Nice hotel. Warm rooms. At first I thought room was too warm but at night when Bogota gets chilly the warm room was really nice. Bathroom was excellent. Netflix on T.V. was nice for rainy nights. Only 20 minutes from airport to this hotel by taxi. If you need Covid test, 1 minute away walking (left out the front door and the first left and down the street on the left) will be a COVID Test clinic. 250,000 Pesos for a PCR within 24 hours (about $63 USD with a 3.82 exchange rate) or 70,000 pesos for an antigen test within 4 hours (about $17 USD with a 3.82 exchange rate). Hotel also has a bathroom on first floor right behind check in desk and also a bathroom on the 6th floor (take elevator to 5th floor and walk up one floor up to balcony view) just in case you need to use a restroom not in your room. Staff was friendly and watched our bags while we did a two day adventure outside Bogota but was coming back for another 3 nights. Safe area. Dominos Pizza, Frisby fast food and a few other local eateries one street away before bus station which you can jump on local buses (about 27 to 35 minutes) to the Tourist "must see" sights of Bogota. If you google Bog Urban Hotel to Dos gatos y simone (Cat Restaurant) you will see you just jump on the #1 bus and get off 25 minutes later at the University (not the first university stop which is one stop away from your hotel but the 2nd university stop and from there you can see some cool murals around the University and walk up to the terminal station which will bring you to the highest point of Bogota called Monserrate (about 22,000 pesos for 1 person ROUND TRIP, up and down on the cable car).

Breakfast was extra and didn't look anything special. Other than that a GREAT HOTEL. No complaints and would stay here again if I come back to Bogota.

GREAT STAFF! Super nice and friendly and it was one of the best locations in Bogota considering the #1 bus (two blocks away) can bring you 4 stops away to the University stop where you can easily walk 16 minutes to Bogota's top tourist attractions. Covid Test if you need it also is just a left out the front door and the first left (a one minute walk) to a 24 hour COVID testing site. Antigen was 70,000 pesos while a PCR test was 250,000 pesos. But the rooms and the staff was top notch.

Nothing, loved it all and can't complain. Was a overall nice hotel and the umbrella I could borrow at the door was super helpful since Bogota rains a lot.

Great staff, great location & Covid Test just a left out the front door and the first left down the street (a 1 minute walk) and it was 70,000 pesos for an antigen test or 250,000 pesos for a PCR Test. I personally had no issues with an Antigen Test to enter back into the U.S. on March 2nd 2022. Nice comfy hotel and if you take a right out the front door and the first right you'll see a Dominos Pizza on the right side and across the street on your left is a FRISBY's fast food chicken place. If you walk by Frisby's you can see a BUS Station (in the middle of the street where the long buses stop). You can catch the #1 bus about 4 stops to the University Stop and you'll be right in the heart of the tourist spots in Bogota.

Nothing at all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Getting a free umbrella to walk around also is a BIG PLUS since Bogota tends to rain a lot also.

The Hotel and staff was very nice. Location from downtown a little far, but it's easy to get around by uber. Great value for the money. My wife found the mattress slightly uncomfortable. Anyhow we had a great stay and enjoyed Colombia and we recommend this place. Thank you

It is a cute modern and clean hotel located in a nice calm area. The breakfast was delicious.

Noise start around 7am. We could hear the people going downstairs to the dining room.

Everything was great for the price, I can recommend the place for a very good place to stay for the price.

hmm I think the staff should be a little bit more kind (they were not rude, just to clarify) but I was expecting a little bit more of kindness

convenient check in great elevators quiet rooms hot water and good shower lots of pillows

room was a bit small for an adult and a child but we made it work the water in the shower didn’t go down and flooded the bathroom

The price for the vann the hotel reserved for me changed whan I paid. The room has not privacy. I had to keep the curtains down all the time. The window overlooked the corridor and not the outside.

The staff here were amazing. I have a broken foot and couldn’t get out to eat, or pretty much do anything. They went above and beyond and saved the day for me and I can’t thank them enough. On top of that, the room was comfortable, the internet fast. No complaints here!
