This was an incredibly comfortable, cute room. The bed & shower were great. The price was inexpensive. The wifi was very strong! Excellent option! I could've easily moved to another hotel, but I kept choosing to stay there instead because I really liked it. The breakfast was yummy!
1 day I stayed there & there was constuction downstairs that made it difficult to concentrate because it was so loud. One time they got the price wrong and the guy kept insisting I was wrong until they finally checked and I was right. But it was only by about 5000 pesos.

I previously left a review, but I wanted to add: it's been two weeks since I first stayed at this hotel and they still have a hold on my debit card from booking through this website. I paid. Why do they still have holds on my cards??? I would think twice before booking this hotel through a website that requires a bank card because they won't release the hold for 2+ weeks

The property is alright.
The room was facing the street and the noise was unbearable, can not sleep ok.

Staff very unhelpful, despite that in description was that they speak English ,I haven't met anyone even basic English.Apart from that looks that they don't like non Spanish speaking people,at breakfast they served me only coffee and then completely ignored by not bringing breakfast.At the same time they served breakfast for others.At reception when I asked for advice of location she send me to Google and only oferred calling taxi.IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH AVOID THIS HOTEL

Really nothing. Sorry but it is true.
About the breakfast, there are only eggs, for someone who don't like it, there is nothing else. So I paid for 3breakfasts and I had zero. They just told me "sorry" we have nothing. The time for breakfast is 6h30 to 8h00 it is complicated for someone who want to sleep a little bit more. We can listen everything about the room close to yours. Too far from city center. Staff is not really friendly with strangers. So I strongly advise against this hotel.
