It is a nice hotel as expected from this chaine. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfy and the hotel is very clean.

Maybe we suggest that the restaurant has some prices according to the country. For instance a glass of wine was even more expensive than in the most prestigious restaurants such as “Platillos voladores”. It seems they charge in euros where is expected a glass of wine to be 8 to 10 E. But in Colombia is quite a lot for this. Also the staff in the restaurant need some assistance because we had a meeting with some family one evening and the waiter had to bring food to the rooms and take care of the tables then it was very annoying to all the costumers in the restaurant that evening. It is impossible for only one person to afford afford such a big demand.

We stayed in this hotel 3 different times during a month period. We reserved a room with a queen bed but when we arrived the third time the room had a double bed and the guy at the front desk argued that that bed was a queen bed. Instead of solving the problem he insisted on his own opinion. Unfortunately we had to change the hotel as we were supposed to stay for 1 more day and be back after a week for 4 more days. It is really sad that these kind of people can make you change your mind. This is a reason We wouldn’t return to this hotel. The other staff at the front desk (2 ladies) were very nice and they were always ready to assist us in every matter.

the staff was sooo nice and informative. the breakfast was a 10/10 so many options for myself and my vegetarian partner. the room so spacious, bed was comfortable, ac worked phenomenally and a great bathroom with everything you might need. balcony view was awesome. hotel felt very safe and was beautiful

Fantastic location, close to great restaurants, walking distance to several attractions and museums. The best thing was the very good attention provided by everyone at the hotel, from front desk to security, housekeeping, but especially the restaurant staff. Very pleasant, interesting and engaging.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and informative. The restaurant staff was great. Thanks to Nicolette and Javier. They have a small and basic exercise room, which is a big plus.

The room we stayed in had few windows. It was also a bit noisy, but to be expected.

there are a couple of arquitectonial errores, bathroom despite being quite big, has nearly no facilities where to put things, lightning is poor especially when woman wants to put makeup on. Guest toilets on the first floor have a very bad design.

Great location, staff was very attentive. Comfortable room! Nespresso machine in room! It said it was a queen bed, but it was KING! overall great stay! From now on i will stay in this hotel every time i return to Cali.

Safe didnt work, breakfast was expensive for the city and was ok.

The attention and the importance given to any issue that came across is unbelievable. Customer service and satisfaction seems to the the number one priority here. I loved it here. I would not stay anywhere else here in Cali.

the lack of sense of urgency, front desk kept ignoring a request of a plunger 3 times.. to the point I had to go get it and fix it myself..
