The hotel has a great location with beautiful views and excellent connectivity. It is well-connected, making it easy to explore the city, and the airport is conveniently close.

However, the hotel could use some renovation, as some areas feel outdated. Also, only a few staff members speak English, which can make communication a bit difficult.

The room was very spacios and clean with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The magnificent pools in the number of 4!!! were a very good idea! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The other guests from hotel in swimming pool were very noisy and I am very thankful for a good solution with a reduced opening time till 9 p.m. The breakfast is good, but far far away from european quality (breads and buns are really untasty and sweet..., but it is not a fault of hotel. In Colombian supermarkets are also the same things... They have no idea how good the breads and buns can be. Sad.). Not many vegeterian options/salads and complete lack of sweets (cakes, cookies, etc.).

Room was very spacious with a beautiful view, staff super kind and helpful. The center is about 12min ride. The pools were nice, especially when traveling with kids, this is much needed in the Cartagena heat. Bathroom was pretty spacious too

Daily we would find strands of hair on the floor by the pool. Breakfast had a lot of pork in it, so if you don't eat that, your options are limited. Water out the shower wasn't really strong, but it was doable. Wifi might not always work, but I was told that whole part of the city had troubles with wifi every now and then. Also I was surprised that there weren't free bottles of water in the room daily

The property is clean, though some places are showing the wear and tear of being next to the ocean for so many years. The room was clean, nicely air conditioned, and spacious. The pools were very nice and the kiddy pool seemed like a blast for the little ones.

You will need to take cab to the city center/walled city but that should only run you $3-$4 USD in a yellow cab.

Their breakfast is extremely good, with the variety and quality of the food served. I have back issues, but I found the beds very comfortable. Our room was spacious, very clean, with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. Location is good, (45 minute walk to the old walled city) or if it is too warm taxis are inexpensive. We enjoyed the swimming pools on warm afternoons. We tried a few options for evening meals, finding our best option was right at the Hotel. Johnny their chef prepares flavorful meals with great presentation.

I liked that it is really close to the airport and the historic center. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the breakfast, they included something different every day.

The room floor wasn't very clean. Also, the doorknob had a little problem, sometimes it was a bit difficult to open it. Other than that, everything was nice.

I noticed a lot of garbage front left of the building.i am sorry but that should not be there.you guys need to find a better place for garage.,not right in front of the hotel.😬

Such a lovely hotel. Loved how close it was to the airport. Beautiful views and great drinks! The buffet was decent but for the price I don't think one could expect too much more. There were not too many shops or restaurant options near by. We needed groceries and had to go to the old city, a 10 minute taxi. Staff were always helpful. Kids had a great time at the park and games room. Very close to the beach and amazing active community. Totally safe!

For kids Buffet would've been nice with Pancakes, Waffles everyday. Kids pool was closed 3/5 days we were there but I can appreciate that it looks like they're constantly updating the facilities.

The staff that is ready every morning for the breakfast buffet is amazing. Big shoutout to Hermides Perdomo who always walked the extra mile to provide the best service ever.

lack of personal for doing check-in or check-outs, however they did their best and considering that it was high season, it was complicated for them.

The facilities were really comfortable and clean , the pool and jacuzzi were really good and the food was extremely delicious.

The cleaning staff took a shirt of mine while cleaning and never returned it , besides , the location is a little bit far from the center . Also the sauna and Turkish bath didn't start on time because the staff were never on time at 10 am.
