The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Full kitchen with breakfast counter, glass dining table, desk, guest bathroom, and living room with sofa. Separate bedroom with closet and bathroom. Large living room windows with city views. A/C unit in the bedroom. Very good Wi-Fi here. TV with Netflix. Full closet with shelves. Mall across the street with many restaurants. Secure lobby with guard who buzzes guests in and out of the building. Fast elevators. Quiet complex and neighborhood. Cheaper than comparable apartments in a more expensive city (Medellin). Credit cards accepted. 50% is charged in advance. Professional apartment manager. Credit cards accepted. * Though it states English is spoken, he stated his English was limited, so we conversed in Spanish.

This apt is in the business district, so it's a little farther away from tourist sights, nightlife, and restaurants. Parque Lleras is about a 25 min walk away. No A/C outside of the bedroom, so the kitchen and living room were always warm. The bed was very firm as are all Colombian beds.

The location is perfect. Quality grocery store across the street. Gym, barber and at least 3 malls within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and perfectly appointed with everything I needed. Quiet rooms, I didn't hear anything unless a window was open. The staff and security were warm, welcoming, and really on top of their game. I'll definitely be here again.

I'd be reaching to find something bad. Maybe they could have bigger coffee cups in the cupboard? Colombian coffee is some of the finest in the world, and I found myself drinking 3 to 5 cups in the morning. Perhaps if the cups were bigger, my addiction to coffee would not be as visible.

Excellent Location. The Oviedo Shopping Center is about 15 steps from the Apartments, just right across the street. Extremely convenience for having breakfast, lunch, shopping or going to the movies. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Stove, fridge, washer/dryer, hot water, AC in the rooms, towels, dishes, cups, coffee make, dish soap, utensils. I mean everything.

My wife and son could sleep on the beds. For me it was a bit hard. That's because I'm accustomed to sleeping on soft mattresses.

Alcazar de Oviedo is right across Carrulla and Oviedo Mall, within walking distance to farmacies, banks, and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious has AC in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, housekeeping is available every day. The manager, Eliana, is communicating with you every day throughout whatsup in case you have any questions or need help with anything.

The mattress in the bedroom is not very comfortable.

The place was beautifully, laid out, very comfortable. All the amenities were as they were described. The air conditioning was wonderful, and the view was out standing.

Really there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property

The location is wonderful!! The food store and mall with great food options was very convenient. The team members were incredibly kind and responsive to your needs. Taxi availability just outside the door was a plus! Apartment was well appointed, clean and lovely.

My only complaint is the noise. It is on a very busy street. I would recommend bringing ear plugs.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and her parents, they are Colombian and I'm from the Netherlands. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very nice and clean apartment. Showers and toilets were very comfortable. I'm 1.90 tall and I could fit under the shower with a little room to spare. The bed in the sleeping room was very comfortable as well as the sofa bed against the wall. Facilies were great, and we only needed to ask for some extra toilet paper or a hair dryer and it was brought to our room very quickly. The location is great too, across from the hotel was a big shopping mall where you could withdraw money, as well as a supermarket. And it's about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Parque el Poblado. Where the pickup points were for the tours we did.

The mattress of the sofa bed in the center of the room was a bit hard so there is room for improvement there. I have no other complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great apartment with all of the amenities you need- very safe with 24/7 guard, awesome location within 100 meters of a supermarket, several restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance, super friendly and helpful staff. Great comfortable option in Medellin.

Excellent, quiet location, near Metro and malls. Supermarket across the street with great coffee and pastries. (say hi to Dana who manages the coffee kiosk) An apartment experience with all the amenities and benefits of a hotel stay. Exceptionally clean, modern and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Staff was very helpfull in anything you need. Rooms were big and full equiped and very modern. Location was the best of all with a huge mall right across the street and it felt very safe. Amazing city and mountains views. Would deffinitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
