The hotel is located in the city's center near nice restaurants and cafes. The personell is very friendly, helpful and trying to resolve issues. After some complaints I got a bigger room with a nicer view. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi is pretty stable.

Because the hotel is in the city's center, it is too dangerous to leave the hotel alone in the night. Most of the time I had hot water available in the bathroom, but not always. The breakfast isn't bad, but you really should like scrambled eggs for breakfast - you will get them every day!

Location is perfect for eating and shopping. The rooms get cleaned every day. The staff is very attentive to your every need. The area seems safe. Very affordable oh

The breakfast room was hot and I was not impressed with the food items, but it was free. I only ate 1 day out of the 5 days I was there. Also because the hotel is on a corner where traffic is constant I didn't get good quality sleep. I couldn't close the window because my room didn't have AC. I believe some rooms do have ACs.

Good area, such friendly and helpful staff. I didnt have much time in the city and needed help. They gave me lots of options for an itinerary. My family joined later which I was doing an excursion and they felt super helped by the staff too. The decor of the hotel and rooms was also very nice. Near lots of things to do.

You can hear a lot of the street if your room faces that way and can be kind loud at times.

The hotel is a beautiful piece of classy style full of chandeliers. Its located in Centro and everything is at walking distance. The staff Aanna,Lorena,Juliet and two more girls are all very helpful, caring, full of information and having a sweet lovely smile always. The breakfast staff Kathy and get assistant are also very caring and smiling. The rooms are quite big and have classy furniture and the housekeeping staff keeps it clean and tidy. At the reception level there is a bar, restaurant,travel agency and a Spa.

The rooms have no airconditioning but have fans. I being from Canada feel a bit hot😁

One of the reasons i chose this hotel is because we had a wonderful experience before and it was the only hotel that allowed pets around Pereira. This time even though administration changed and pets are currently not allowed the staff made an exception and allowed my small dog to stay with us. I know it might be unconfortable for some of the guests but as a frequent traveller hotels should implement the pets allowed with rules like taking their beds, not leaving them alone in the rooms, take them out to do their needs etc. . Overall experience was great.

Breakfast was not the gratest, if we compare to the old administration there was more options, we only had scrambled eggs a little runny and arepa with coffee. compared to last time we had fruit, juice, egg was good and the coffee was delicious.

Very nice hotel. Staff was polite and explained everything. They even shared information about a festival that was taking place in Pereira. Location is great. Close to malls, bus terminal, restaurants, and drugstores. Breakfast was great (rice, eggs, bread, juice, and fruit). The building is old but cozy. It is a historical building I believe. I would stay again if I come back to Pereira.

Feels like a very fancy hotel that is a bit old, but with a charm. The room was ok. Location was great Staff in reception were super. Helped us to get the best nd cheapest option for a tqxi for full day of travel

Breakfast was a bit odd

Nice and friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as the price was very economic. The building is older, the room was spacious and clean, no possibility to open the window. Breakfast was good enough. For the price we paid, we cannot complain at all. Staff there was a bit slow, but nice. I recommend it.

price, location and they let me stay with my my small dog. obviously I’m responsible for not leaving her alone in the room, taking her out for her bathroom needs and she’s not allowed on the bed. they know this so my family including my dog it’s always allowed

Big spacious room, high ceiling, comfortable beds. The hotel has some historical charm but room should be a bit updated. Great location in center. Also a very good option to get food delivery to the room, much appreciated.

Breakfast was very basic and served in a charmless room.
