It was a good location, close to Spratt Bight and shopping. The reception and porters were friendly. Same goes for the service staff at breakfast. Breakfast was good, buffet style, had a good selection.

Room service worked well for food. One thing we didn’t enjoy was the little amount of water from the faucet and shower. We had an issue with housekeeping however, a pair of brand new Oakley sunglasses ( $170 USD ) “ magically walked out of the room “. The reception went to call housekeeping and it never got resolved. We had the most expensive King suite with a balcony. I was pretty disappointed in the dishonest housekeeping staff ( a person in this case ).

Clean, loved the breakfast for its variety and very comfortable.

The staff recommended us someone to book the tours. His name is David Castro and it was not a good experience. More expensive than it’s directly at the boat port, not well organized and rude. Don’t take that recommendation. Better go to the port and there you can book something cheaper

I thought the hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a huge balcony. It was comfortable, both the beds and the other furnishings. The shower was huge and the hand soap was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located and as far as I could tell, one of the nicer hotels to stay at on the island.

I thought the shampoo provided in the room was terrible. The body soap was okay. We had an issue getting the housekeeper to fill the soap for us. We even requested it at the front desk and it didn’t get done. We had to ask again. Also, the housekeeper did not clean the bathroom on the last full day we were there. They just changed the towels. That department needs a better supervisor, checking the work of the staff. Also, I thought the restaurant was a little limited in food choices. Also, the menu for the afternoon was the same as for the evening. Really, that shows no imagination and work. They should have a different lunch menu. I would have eaten there more often. I found the island had very limited choices if you don’t eat seafood. Which none in my party did.

Everything. The food at Varka, the hotel’s restaurant was exceptional, the drinks were delicious and everything reasonably priced. The staff were also very approachable and attentive. It is very well located with La Regatta minutes away, along with Spratt Bright beach and commercial areas. The hotel is also very well decorated and everything is an artwork. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the island.

The gym is poorly equipped. At the time there was one functioning treadmill, a weight bar with only two different weighted plates, some dumbells but not much equipment to work with. It was also very small and poorly air conditioned.

Super close to everything, staff were amazing, pool was delightful and just everything was a breeze!

I don’t think I have any bad comments on the hotel. Everything was superb!

The location is perfect, closer to downtown San Andres, there are a lot of good restaurants and a very beautiful beach in a walking distance. The hotel is new, have a nice pool, good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Our bathroom was not good. One shower and the bathroom was entire wet, there is a huge leak on it. Extremely uncomfortable to walk in these puddles of water that we did not know from where they were coming from. We had an issue in your arrival, I tried contacting the front desk for 24 hours, but email, phone, they did not send me any feedback. The staff is nice only until you do not need their support.

beds are comfortable, room size is great, good shower and bathroom, breakfast also good just missed a little more sweet pastries. Location is perfect.

Gym needs a lot of maintenance, more equip, and water available at minimum, and extend the close hours to 22:00z Pool should be open at night since the weather is too hot and you basically can’t be there during sunlight.

The hotel was seemingly brand new. Incredibly spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing. The pool / terrace area is beautiful and very relaxing. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to San Andres!

The slightest of nuances was that the towels smelt like some sort of fuel. I suspected this was due to the machines in which they're laundered and they were perfectly clean, just with a odd smell.

The size of the room was amazing, beautiful room, comfortable bathroom, nice balcony. It is a modern hotel. Staff was very friendly, people working in the breakfast buffet very helpful same the guy in the reception. Nice people

The swimming pool is deep enough for kids, because of this all the kids need to be in the stairs of the swimming pool making it uncomfortable for everybody who come in and come out from the pool, it is an adults pool, kids can’t enjoy it, my two kids 5-6 were very disappointed because of this. For kid they have an extremely small area where the water doesn’t cover the kids feet. It is occupied with sun beds for adults, it can’t be considered a “kids area” Second point, breakfast, no variety of food and during busy hours you need to wait for scramble eggs or basics products as bread, it should have more options as Arepas ( San Andres is still Colombia)

It was close to the ports, stores, & beach! It’s a very nice hotel.

I’m plant based so I couldn’t bring my own protein to the 5th floor when I ordered two plates of food. *the hotel doesn’t have much plant based options only 2* they don’t allow you to fill up your own water flask during breakfast.
