The best part of the Decameron Isleno is the perfect location in front of the beach and also that is very close to the airport. This was my second stay in this hotel and the beach was cleaned up very nicely. The buffet was very good and as always has a lot of variety for any of the meals. The drinks were superb and I want to thank Robert (bartender) for always taking care of us during the stay. He is a very friendly person.

We had to change rooms because they gave us a room over the pool and all the noisy part of the hotel. We asked for a change of room and we got it next day to a quieter place. It was much appreciated.

The hotel was in a great location. It was only 7 minute walk from the airport. The food was great, especially in the morning, it had eggs and bacon and freshly made toast every morning. The hotel location you could not beat, right across was a beautiful beach. They also provided a service so you can set up excursions for the day. The hotel rooms were very clean. It was near a bunch of restaurants and hotels as well.

The only two negatives if you are handicap, make sure to get a ground floor room, no elevators at this hotel. Also the wifi was very limited at best, but the whole purpose of being on vacation is enjoying were you are and get away from cell service.

•Best perfect location… don’t even look for more. •Outside vendors: polite and 24/7 to serve you with good trip packages. •FOOD: i cant complain. Prior to booking this hotel, read really bad reviews that i consider unrealistic.Food was fresh and had really good seafood and fish with everyday all inclusive lunch and dinner. •drinks: pretty solid brands and alcohol. •service: For sustainability purpose ,i LOVE the fact the hotel hold you accountable for the beach towels you use by keeping the towels all day with you and only allow to change it once a day.

With the situation the island is running right now and how expensive are restaurants, i fully suggest you to catch this all inclusive. WIFI: wifi don’t work very well in the rooms( as per other tourists feedbacks as well). but works well by the pools, and amenities.

The location is very close to the Airport, walking distance. Is also close to the walkway near the beach where there are plenty of shops. Most of the staff was friendly, there are plenty of food and drink options, the pool area is extensive and you can always find a spot to sit and relax.

The Check in and reception was our least favorite experience. Fist we did not know we needed to pay and additional fee to able to use the facilities and have lunch, I was under the assumption this was included with the overall price. Also we where under the assumption the check in was at 3pm but the staff mentioned that we could be waiting till 5pm or even 6pm, it was not our case but it was the case for other couples. Getting bottled water is rather complicated, they dont have it ready available at any of the Bars, you are told to go to reception to ask for water, then reception tells you, you have to go back to your room and order the bottled water. The water from the room is turned off late night 1am, so the bathroom will have limited used and the reception phone is turned off.

Clean, also the entertainment

The food needs improvement and WiFi doesn’t work right but the hotel knows that because the reviews people been talking about it for a long time.

location is excellent. close to the beach and town center. staff very friendly. food was nice. and the shows and animation team were a good laugh.

lack of towels for the pool/beach - often there wouldn’t be any. app for reserving restaurants was 90% down during our stay. understaffed compared to number of people staying at the hotel.

The hotel or the hotel infrastructure in the island in general requires modernizing. Buildings are quite old. Although comfortable and nice, it can be improved to offer an 5-star experience

location was great, in the center of town and right at the beach. The pool was fantastic and huge.

Great location, and good facilities.

Most of the staff was amicable but there was a supervisor that was aggressive and clearly discriminatory. And the bartenders at the central bar were not serviceable at all. Also, this is a resort hotel on a Caribbean island, people go there for the beaches. Insanely, you could not wear sandals nor bathing suits to the cafeteria and lunch areas!!
