Staff was amazing and professional. They were kind enough to perform an early check in when we arrived because the room was ready by the time we got there. The hotel is close to the beach, to blocks away and full of stores to visit on your way there. It also features good places to eat outside. Jesus David was amazing at suggesting us plans to do and helping us arrange different activities that we wanted to do in our short stay.

Small things but they still count. - The room didn't have a phone to communicate with the reception so any time we needed something we had to go downstairs - The hotel restaurant had little to no gluten free options for breakfast. It is important to keep in mind that there's people that decides to live gluten free and others that NEED to live gluten free, it is not a choice for a lot of us, having a few options would be nice. - The hotel restaurant didn't offer service for dinner and the window to request lunch was really small: 12-13:30 or you are out.

Front desk is slow. But that appears to be everywhere with Colombian service so it’s cultural not exclusive to that hotel.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to both beach and harbour.

The gym cardo machines did not function, and some of the employee did not want to be working, but who could blame them for that?

Although not ocean front, it was two easy walking blocks away. It is central enough to most things that we enjoyed the location for the price (if you want a private room and bath). Walking distance to almost all things you would want to do. breakfast included was good. helpful staff. very clean.

one old lady from the staff charged us more value for the airport taxi $ 25.000 something we realised the cap driver give from that 10.000 to the staff which make that the taxi is only 15.000 to the airport

we loved the location of the hotel which is right in the center of San Andres and close to the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was great, the staff were excellent and even allowed us to do the check-in before the check in time. definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely be coming back again.

The noise one night until 4am, I could barely sleep. The hotel makes you to sign a contract that they do not comply with. Also, I could not enter for a coffee with friends.

central location, clean, decent room.

arrived for the all inclusive breakfast at 9:55am and there was still food on the counter, but the lady refused to serve us because breakfast finishes at 10am. a booking was required days in advance for use of the pool.

Front Desk staff needs to be more proactive in acknowledging guests as they approach the desk or enter the lobby

I stayed here in august 2021 and everything was great ! I recommend the Buffett breakfast many options to choose from . Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Location is near by beaches and walking distance to boat ferry .
