Breakfast is superb! Fresh fruit, natural juices, fresh bread and pastry are some of the types of food you will find. The beach area is very clean and safe, and you can have long walks along the beach.

Sometimes it is too noisy, for example, during activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. We don´t understand why volume has to be so high; in addition, some guests have their own ways to generate extra noise.

The area is perfect and loved watching the sunset at night, I loved the prices of drinks and food, I loved the cats on the property, they were so fun and never aggressive, the cleanliness of the resort was great.

The convention next door was a bit busy, there were times where there was to many things happening at once and noise got out of hand but not everywhere so finding a quiet spot was possible. The seating in the restaurant could have had more spots for guests.

Of all the good things the hotel has, the staff is the best. They are very kind and get out of their way to help the guest be comfortable. The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. Beds are really comfortable. The beach is well maintained and breakfast is good.

The menu could have some variety, including healthier options. Most meals are fried. There’s no other restaurant at a walking distance. Pizza is really good.

The room and facilities here were all superb! It’s a very modern and comfortable hotel right on the beach in a quiet area. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff were lovely, especially Danna, Laura and the lovely older gentleman who served breakfast.

The staff at the beach bar were at times slow to take my order as they congregate round the bar and don’t notice when you need something.

Break fast was amazing, the room was perfect, and from STAFF Wilson at the Restaurant was really kind, he is always super kind, and Laura from the restaurant, also Juan Carlos that help me with luggage and the new guy thats helps with luggage i dont remember his name, but they are all so kind

Staff at the beach, whenever i tried to drink or eat something it was really hard to get to them and when they took my order i had to wait for too long , thats the only thing that i think should be better

Beach, breakfast, food and room were great. The food is a little expensive but it is great. Internet Wifi worked well.

We wanted a room by the beach, we told the staff at the checkin but they stated that they didn't have rooms available. However, we saw a lot of available rooms by the beach.

The staff are brilliant, very friendly and accommodating! They also took great care of my little dog and provided him with a bed and bowls. Breakfast is brilliant in this hotel and I love Laura who served me at breakfast, she's so friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the main part of the hotel this time. Next time I'll stay back in the bungalows as I prefer it there.

near airport, private beach, rooms are nice

dirty/unusable material. the facilities are great, anf offer multiple activities but once you start asking for the staff to help playikg pingpong, babyfoot or others… always the same answer we dont have balls… so you can enjoy the beach because there is no material needed. pools are not cleaned during the day so you swim in the middle of dead bees. i do recommand the beach. mother earth did a great job, the beach is really nice. the booking application says breakfast is included but its not if you have lids and will need to pay more. this really bothers me as you really dont want to arrive to a facility and beeing asked more money just on the fiest 2 minutes to fed up your kids…

The location and the great food

Some of the attendances weren’t as nice, for example the lady that gave the towels on the beach. Also the towels were taking in the morning out of the room but never replaced

Very nice beach. Perfect for swimming. Close to the airport. Convenient location.

Loud music playing non stop at the beach. Lots of vendors bothering you. Breakfast was not very good. The room was very average.
