The hotel is beautiful, very tranquil and location is spot on. Also worked perfect with the free parking not too far away from the hotel. The room was super and in general a lovely place.

The breakfast was the downside - and the service around it. The breakfast options was small. When you pay for a room you should be able to have more option than one “small” option from a menu. And the food we ordered was not completed, even though we made them aware of we haven’t got all. So that was definitely a let down, but I hope it was just a one off. But they should make more options for staying hotel guests.

The accommodations were clean quiet and the architecture was outstanding in the public spaces : the terraces with the olive trees so well illuminated made those spaces worth spending time on it. Breakfast was delicious very well balanced with fruits choices as well as hot drinks . The “tamal” is the BEST ONE I have ever eaten in a long time . Personnel was so cordial and well trained to pamper you with a smile and simple approach . The humid are of the spa is OUTSTANDING. Well designed, quiet and complete as service offer : a big jacussi sauna showers and seating places .

Rooms lack a bit of aeration and when we opened the doors mosquitoes entered the room giving some annoyance to our sleep . Maybe to consider some mosquito screens to allow the natural flow of air in the rooms . Another point was the lack of information about the closing of the Mercé restaurant . We waited at the bar to go for dinner to only find out it was closed … a note or a verbal notice in advance would have been appreciated since we had a 94 old woman in our crowd and she had to go to bed without food since it was hard to find other options .

Beautiful property! We loved this little hotel with gorgeous interior gardens, delicious restaurant, cute little bar, very nice rooms and common areas. Staff is very friendly. Would love to go back and stay longer!

My only comment is that the restaurant staff seems a little confused so supervision or extra help would make the experience more enjoyable. Food is great and presentation is outstanding so overall it was an excellent experience.

Fabulous location just off the main square. Beautiful old building converted into a boutique hotel - very nicely done. Lovely internal courtyard where breakfast is served.

Service could be more flexible and helpful - particularly at the restaurant. No possibility to have coffee or breakfast before 7.30am or option to take something if leaving very early in the morning. It would add a welcoming touch to a lovely-looking hotel.

Breakfast was great, service first class, rooms were a good size. It's a beautiful old building with many great features. We held a private function which the hotel did a great job. The location is first class and we loved our time here.

A more vibrant restaurant and bar would have been good, but there are plenty of options in the town

This is a beautiful hotel just off the corner of the main, gorgeous square in Villa de Levre. Very experienced and professional staff. Fabulous rooms and lots of great seating areas. Also quiet and a very good restaurant. If you are there on a Saturday do go to the local fruit and vegetable market at the top of the town.

I loved everything about this hotel

Well situated hotel right on the main square. Big quiet room with a small balcony looking down onto a garden area. Quiet and convenient.

A minor issue overall - I would have liked the towels to be refreshed at least once in a 4 day stay. (I appreciate the desire to reduce the environmental impact of washing every day but the towels didn’t dry thoroughly when hung in the in the bathroom.)

Very peaceful and quiet despite being right in the city center. Beautiful setting, large and comfortable rooms. Easy parking just a block form the property.

Breakfast needs improving, they try to hard making the flavors a bit off, simple-traditional choices would be a lot better, buffet offer could have more variety of fruit and cold cuts

Place and location are beautiful

Wifi is very bad is always a problem to get signal they need to improve. Breakfast was included but they limit you to one item out of the menu if you are paying I high price for the night they shouldn't charge you for an extra plate you should be able to eat what you want from the menu

Beautiful old property house converted into a lovely hotel. Lots of character and taste. Staff was very attentive. Food from breakfast to diner was amazing. One of the jewels in Colombian hospitality.
