fantastic location lovely lady (long hair pink glasses) on reception so helpful, partial sea view room,clean and spacious, fruit bowl on arrival, enjoyed aqua aerobics, nice pool to sit round, good breakfast, only b&b so can’t comment on other meals

The evening activities seemed to take place around the stairs which was a bit strange

Great location near the sea, the views were stunning. We liked the rooms and the food also.

We had a rest with the family from August 21 to 27, the hotel is located in a beautiful location with a wonderful beach surrounded by majestic mountains, covered at the foot with slender cypresses and curly cedars. The hotel itself is the best in Cavtat, clean territory, cozy rooms, mostly with balconies overlooking the sea, excellent European cuisine. I would like to say separately about the staff, mostly young guys who are always friendly and will greet you with a smile, help solve any issue) I especially want to note the receptionist - Antun, the guy speaks 7 languages, was simply irreplaceable and always promptly resolved any issue.

The big plus is the staff. they were all friendly and helpfull, even when extremely busy in the resaurant for instance. We never over filled our plates and left food, which the staff soon noticed, and allways gave an appreciative smile,etc when clearing the table. The bedroom was allways cool and welcoming, especially when it was realy hot, and we retired for a couple of hours respite. I think this would be especially important for your UK visitors!

We loved the way you looked after and entertained the children, and felt that more could be done in this direction, and less Karaoke. Parents love to see their children laughing and dancing, making new friends, especially the realy young ones, allowed up late to dance and play later than usual, they are on holliday after all!! Even more for the children , please!

- The helpfulness and friendliness of the receptionists and our cleaning lady. Everyone was really very nice. - The food, which was a bit repetitive (but we were here a long time) but there was always plenty to choose from, was good and it never happened that ran out of anything. - Clean outdoor pool and plenty of sunbeds by it. - We simply love it here :)

- Smoking by the pool!!! I understand that people need to smoke, but they should smoke in reserved areas. This way we non-smokers have no choice but to smell smoke everywhere. :( - The furnishings in the rooms and common areas of the hotel are pretty worn out and some of the carpets are disgusting. - We did not get a room in the section we requested. We are regular guests so we were little bit disappointed. In addition, we got a room that was small and dark, which increased our feeling. - There are holes in the bedding and most of the towels are old and no more white. - The indoor pool and sauna look unappealing. - This was our second time here this year and we paid 330 euros more for a week's stay compared to July. We didn't get anything extra though.

When I stayed in April the hotel was only about half full, so there was plenty of staff to go around for guests. The main style rooms are a decent size for 1 or 2 people. My room was clean and there was a welcome basket of fruit. Since there was low occupancy, I received an upgrade to a sea view room on the side of the hotel that gets good sunset views. Even with bad weather the sunset views were very good and there is a large indoor seating/conversation area with great views. The outdoor pool areas were very nice, but no one was using them or the beach for that matter because it was cool and often raining. It is an easy, flat and scenic walk into the town. The breakfast buffet has a large if not an excitingly gourmet selection of food. Same for the dinner buffet, which includes free nonalcoholic drinks along with beer and wine. I had not included the dinner plan in my booking, but dined at the hotel on my second night at a cost almost double that of including it with the reservation and still thought it was a good deal and enjoyed the meal. Some nights they also have entertainment during dinner. There are many reviews that complain about the boring repetition of the food, which if you stay there for a week is probably the case. However, it is buffet style set up to feed a large number of people every night at an inexpensive price if included with your booking. There is enough verity so as to not have to eat the same thing every day. The staff I delt with were pleasant and helpful. Except for the bad weather I was quite happy with the hotel.

The hotel has no shuttle service to or from the airport. The walls are thin; the first night children running in the hallway early and then and very loud neighbors in an adjoining room were well heard until about 3AM. Second night was quiet. And yes, the skylight roof did leak one night after a heavy downpour and there were buckets placed in the hallway. Early season and marginal weather also meant the ferry boats to Dubrovnik (not associated with or controlled by the hotel) were not running. That also meant the row of restaurants, bars and beach concessions along the beach were not operating(again not associated with the hotel).

Very friendly reception staff, kids club rep was fantastic. Comfy beds, clean, great beach location. Good selection of fresh food. We received a room upgrade to sea view which had great views. Nice shop on site...have to to half or full board in off peak season as many surrounding restaurants were not yet open

Additional guests had arrived on our last two nights, buffet dinner ran out of food it seemed like the kitchen was unprepared for their arrival. Long queues on these two nights for food. Pool towels were only accessible in two hourly slots. Still hot in the room even with air con.

Great location, right next to public beach and a couple of nice bars with sunset views from hotel, beach and bars. About 10 mins walk to some more bars and restaurants, and 10 mins to main harbour and old town. Loved the pool and side sea view from our room. All staff were helpful and friendly and room was comfortable and whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good choice and always plenty to eat. Also value for money. Great base to see the surrounding area. For what we paid and location and facilities and quality of hotel was very good value. We would stay again.

A couple of times at breakfast we struggled to get a coffee as the machine coffee was way too strong. Most days we drank filter coffee which was nice but 3 mornings the filter coffee was very weak and cold. Some guests were reserving loungers extremely early and on about 3 mornings of our stay there were no loungers left at all by around 730am. This wasn’t a problem every day so may not be typical, as we were able to get loungers on some days we wanted. (Also there were a few days we didn't check as we didn't always stay at the hotel/pool anyway as some days we were on trips etc).

The location was excellent, with good sea an pool views. There was a wonderful choice of food at all meals. The staff were very polite and helpful. A ferry taxi to Dubrovnik operates from a jetty 100 yards from the hotel boundary.

The hotel is poorly designed concerning its lifts. Elevator access to the dining room is only possible by going outside. One of the lifts was out of order for our entire stay. The quality of the wine and beer available for all-inclusive diner was variable.

Amazing place. I felt from the first minute that this hotel's rate is not fair for this lovely hotel. The young lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. The hotel is really beautiful and clean and very spacious. I really like the design and the layout of this hotel. The room is amazing. Big, clean, beautiful furniture and facilities. We had an amazing view from our room to the pool area, the beach, and mounting behind the hotel, too. I loved the idea that when I opened the balcony door, the air conditioning would stop automatically after a few minutes. The pool is very beautiful and supervised all the time. The children's pool design is a unique one. I notice that the pool ground is made from a material that does not slip at all, and this makes the pool safer when you step in it. I can't describe the beauty of the beach. The water is very clean and clear. The first part of the beach is from bubbles so you need swimming shoes. From there, you can enjoy the amazing sunset 🌇 at the beach. We had breakfast included, and I really enjoyed it. The food hall is beautiful either inside or outside. The food selection is wonderful. Everything about this hotel is amazing. We came by car so we parked our car easily. The hotel is 20 minutes from Dubrovnik, which is the most beautiful and enjoyable road you can drive. I really love the hotel and I would love to go there again.
