The owner was so kind, let us leave our luggage the day we checked out. We were able to use their beach towels as well. It was all so easy and the views were amazing.

This apartment made our trip memorable. The view from the balcony was spectacular, the room was quiet, clean and cozy, had all the facilities needed. There were enough towels (incl extra towels for the beach) which were changed after 2 days. The host was very welcoming, we were able to check in early and she recommended us the best places to see and beaches to visit. Although you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the property, the view from the balcony is sooo worth it - each morning and evening we sat and enjoyed the blue sea and the city of Dubrovnik. (PS No need to visit the cable car)

Maybe a TV would be nice to watch the uefa euro 2024 cup games which were at the same time as our stay, And eventually all the stairs to be climbed to reach the property but if you are an active person with good physical form it is not so bad.

I'll start by saying that staying in this room in Dubrovnik was my dream. And this apartment is very well suited for those visiting the city for the first time. It is an amazing place. It is a bit high up, but it is worth it. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the main bus station to the old town. The very friendly hostess Zrinka greeted us, was very polite, and explained everything to us. The room had everything necessary. There is a kettle, clean towels, six in total, which is even more than usual. An amazing balcony with a wonderful view of the King's Landing. Highly recommend it to everyone. The stairs take some effort, but Dubrovnik is mountainous. It’s worth it, but be aware.

The apartment had a stunning view on island Lokrum, the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik. The location was very quiet, no noise at all. There was a private terrace with sunbeds and additionally a table with two chairs. Also, there’s a big community terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment even offered beach towels! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has sufficient equipment (we didn’t cook, just by having a glance at it). A hot water cooker is present for morning coffee. The bathroom is sufficiently big. Towls can be dried outside on a laundry rack. We we’re welcomed warmly by the host. The communication before and during our stay was outstanding, tips for tours included!

To reach the apartment you have to climb some stairs- it’s not a big problem usually, yet we‘d like to mention it for people with trouble walking.

The view of Dubrovnik is fantastic and sitting on the balcony any time of day won't leave you disappointed. Access to the property is via steep steps, so it's not for anyone in poor health or with mobility issues. We caught an Uber up from Dubrovnik Old Town which cost us 5eu, but there are still some steep steps (photo shows steps from the local road to the entrance by the white canopy). Taxis will cost 15eu min. Parking on the local road is free, but places are at a premium.

The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay, but the bathroom could be modernised somewhat.

The room was immaculately clean & the property very well cared for and renovated to a high standard, especially the bathroom, which would not look out of place in a nice hotel. The shower was excellent. The host is amazing, so friendly & welcoming, we had a good chat about our plans & she gave us some really good tips that saved us a lot of money on doing things that weren't worth the expense. Yes there are a lot of steps up to the property but the view from the balcony more than makes up for the climb, absolutely stunning. As I am unable to do all the steps from the old town we got an uber from the old town to the street below the guesthouse, making the amount of steps more manageable & it was only €5.50 so worth it to save your legs. However you can't expect to visit Dubrovnik without encountering a lot of steps so be prepared. I would highly recommend this accommodation & would not hesitate to book again.

I honestly cannot fault this property at all. Just like everywhere close to the old town there is a lack of parking. You might get lucky on the street below but it is very tight. We parked at Grand Parking in the business district at €20 per day/€3 per hour for a part day & got an uber to the accommodation which was about €7.50

Truly one of the best places we have stayed. The staff were so kind and welcoming. They also have amazing tips on what to do/where to eat. The view is truly breathtaking as well so it makes the stairs worth it

The only negative is more of a caution of make sure you are aware there are a lot of stairs

In general you have to take care to carry luggage in Dubrovnik and there are good number of stairs. With infant it is difficult, we recommend if you plan to stay longer only take cabin luggage up with you or backpacks, its easier to take stairs with them. We kept big travel luggage in the car, such as stroller.

Amazing host, amazing view, everything we needed, if struggle with mobility may find it hard to access due to the amount of stairs. Only a ten minute walk to the city walls. Only criticism bathroom needs an update but apart from that amazing
