We loved this hotel, the smell when you walked in was amazing ( spa smells). We were welcomed with a drink too. The room was huge and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower was one of the most powerful I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast was amazing and was consistently topped up. The use of the jacuzzi and steam room include was a huge bonus. The staff were all very friendly ( especially Dino and Meilie) This hotel was about 30 minute walk to Omis and a 50 minute bus journey to Split ( the busses were regular and cost €3) We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough

We loved everything about it. It is in a fantastic location, room was great and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a huge assortment of different foods. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved Jelena and Katarina. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay, book transportation and give us ideas for activities like rafting. The spa was excellent. We had massages and facials. We would dry stay there again!

Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The wellness area is nice and not too busy in the summer.

If you get the sea side room, be ready to sleep with the doors closed because the road is really busy and noisy even at night. Parking is a mixed bag, parking in front of the hotel is fairly crowded but they have ~5 additional places across the road so I just defaulted to that.

The breakfast was a good selection, the staff were just excellent, well informed and just really polite and engaging. You felt like you were put first and they really cared about customer service. It felt really fresh well decorated and and clean, a really nice place for a short stay.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and/or coffee machine in room. The gym was very small, fine if no one else was using it, but it seemed to be getting used a lot in the morning and evening, which made it harder to use when my wife and I wanted too, 4 people is a crowd. The pool isn't large, which is fine for a dip, but there are limited sun loungers and these were getting reserved by 7am most days. Having said that, the beach is so close we went there every day. The location of the hotel is a little equidistant between sight-seeing locations and the road from split is mostly a single lane. It should take 45mins, but on one journey into split from the hotel, we sat in traffic for 3hours on the bus.

That it is a small hotel with 39 bedrooms . Perfect position for the beach. Public transport stops right outside hotel to go to Split. Buffet breakfast was always very good with both hot and cold foods being offered. The staff were always very polite , helpful and extremely friendly. Katerina on reception always very professional and Marina and Ariana in the restaurant starting our days with smiles. We can highly recommend this hotel.

There is no entertainment, for us it wasn’t a problem but some people they do like to have something..

We didn't like anything, we LOVED everything! This was by far one of the best experiences with a hotel. Staff is extremly kind and accommodating, always ready to go above and beyond. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was big, had 2 bathrooms and a nice view onto the sea. It was cleaned perfectly every single day and the house keeper (brown hair, ponytail) was extremly kind. The food was great, it was a nice variety, always fresh and deliciously cooked. The pool area was suprisingly cozy and as well super clean. The beach in fornt of the hotel (you have to cross the road) is also a big bonus. We also went to a spa on a rainy day, and it was nice, the Finnish sauna is superb. Right in front of the hotel is a bus station that takes you to Split/Omiš/..., we left the car in a nice garage under the hotel for a small payment (around 10€ for the whole week). This stay was A+. And I'm not exaggerating, since I've stayed in 5* stars before, all over the world, and this 4* boutique hotel exceeds some of those for sure. I 100% recommend!

This place was amazing. It was nice and clean, the rooms were big and quiet despite being next to a road (ours was anyway). The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The next day was even better. We had an amazing breakfast cooked just for us and included in the price (if there was more guests they would have done a buffet). All their food was amazing and cooked using local ingredients. We had exceptional service and were told all about the hotel and food. All of the staff were really friendly, which can be rare in Split. Truly a one of a kind place.

The location is excellent; you're on the beach (not counting the road crossing you have to do) and can walk down to it with only your towel (and suncream!). The rooms are nice, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is good (I recommend the half-board), and it's all priced reasonably. We didn't have time to try the pool and wellness out, but you don't need that when this close to a lovely sandy beach. We god half board in the middle of July for €200 per night, a great deal for a nice partial-sea view room, generous buffet breakfast (recommend the French toast), and nice four-course dinner for two.

Free WiFi was not up to the standard of everything else in the hotel; it was slow and had ping/latency issues. Okay, for casual browsing, not great if you plan to get some work in. Also, the gym works only when Wellness does (from noon to 7 PM on Saturdays). It's either weird (gyms usually work 24/7 or longer hours) - or the Friday night receptionist gave us the wrong info when we asked.

Service was brilliant. Both for the hotel and restaurant. They are willing and able to acommodate any wish.

You need to be aware of the road in front of the hotel (until end of '22 quite noisy, then from '23 on the traffic will lessen thanks to a bypass around Omis).

Nice beach just in front of the Hotel, walkable distance to Omis centre but since Hotel has a garage and parking spaces car is recommended. Hotel and room cleanliness is 10/10, very nice pool situated in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast is great with many options so you will not get bored picking what to eat, they also tend to source fresh food from local family farms.
