The receptionist was very helpful, especially when a pair of trunks we had hung on the balcony to dry ended up in the pool! The selection at breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and the bed’s comfy.

The hotel lacked any atmosphere, possibly because there were very view people staying there and it’s very new. They don’t offer evening food or a bar and we could only find one place open nearby, which was very pleasant. They charge €38.00 to arrange a taxi to the airport which I feel is expensive given the distance and that they advertise airport transfers which is why we booked and I thought they would be included in the price!!

The hotel had clearly been renovated to a very high standard, everything was brand new. Our room was immaculate and had all facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. The shared sun terrace was huge with comfy sun furniture and an amazing view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of options, we filled up before our flight home. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Ideally located close to the airport which meant a quick 5 minute journey on the morning we flew home. The hotel is located right on the beach front with access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend it to others and would return for another stay.

The only thing we would say is that the hotel name has not been changed on google maps so when our taxi driver was trying to find the hotel it kept wanting to take us to a hotel with a different name which caused confusion in finding the hotel, this could do to be updated. Other than that it is a stunning hotel and we would definitely return for another stay.

Place is really amazing! I came just for few days for my birthday to enjoy landscape and sea. I was insanely surprised how beautiful area around, view, clean beach in 1 minute, pool and calm atmosphere. All stuff are very nice! Special greeting to guy who changed my room because I was not happy with view and absence of balcony ( sadly I don’t remember his name)! But all this details makes me enjoy my staying at this villa! I recommended 100

I booked room at this villa because on photos I saw this view out of balcony. But sadly when I got checked in my room I didn’t met the requirements from photos. There was no balcony but kinda terrace on ground floor with different view. Glad that kind young man changed my room on next day and I celebrate my birthday exactly how I imagined it

What a find ! HOTEL Riva is a beautiful boutique hotel thats only 10 minutes drive from Split airport. The rooms are spotless with everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay .The staff at Breakfast were great , offering freshly made scrambled eggs every morning . On request on a hot day unmbrellas appeared at the pool . Nicolina on reception could not do enough to make sure all guests were made to feel welcome. She was so helpful with bus time tables and restaurants recommendations. We will definitely be back !

This hotel was booked because of its location near the airport. There's also near the Trogir UNESCO site which is a bonus. There is also a really nice restaurant 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive seaside. The beds one double and two singles would be fine for married couple with small children. Turns out the single beds were not normal size but rather kitty size as where the blankets so was not comfortable for me as an adult. That said we really like this hotel and grandkids enjoyed the pool.

This place is an amazing find. It's well-located, calm, clean, and has a staff willing to go above and beyond to assist. Highly recommended. They all speak excellent English, by the way. A special mention to the two young ladies at reception, one with an American accent and the other who helped us with the ferry booking. Kudos to the cleaning lady who left a knife and plates, without our even asking, as she had seen we'd bought a cake that needed slicing up.

Minor quibble: while breakfast was fabulous, the coffee was not all that great. Still, the option "coffee strong" on the machine was pretty decent.

Good location, Right by the sea. The staff on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice room with outdoor space.

The pool area was extremely noisy with a disrespectful and selfish family playing very loudly with a football. This made it impossible to remain in the area. It would have been helpful if the staff were able to intervene, to ensure a happy place for all guests.

The Breakfast, the view and the pool all fantastic, the location for walking, cycling and swimming in the sea and pool. The last two days of a hectic tour of Croatia this was the two days we needed to chill out and we did lovely quiet and few bars a couple of restaurants,bike hire nearby and swim in the sea.

Small improvements that’s all like bed far to high , side tables to low , so tv to low and wouldn’t stay up , plug sockets near a mirror and nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom or the balcony. Restaurant not open in September and you can’t get drinks or snacks at the pool or hotel.

Great rooms! We had to be moved because the air-conditioning wasn’t working. The staff were quick to sort us out into two seperate rooms but next to each other. We loved the renovated spaces it was clean and tidy and a simple stroll across the road to the water. The perfect property. Thank you for having us.

Nothing! A wonderful place to stay with nothing can think of that didn’t meet our expectations.

Room was really nice and clean. We really like location, just next to the Beach and close to airport. Beeakfas was nice(only meal we miss was porrige).

1.Room cleaners didnt change our dirty cups for new ones. 2.We asked breakfast boxes for next morning because we went to boat trip early morning, they said yes it is possible but actually didnt get it
