The food is absolutely top, five-star level. We got breakfast and dinner included from the start, and that was the right decision. The animators are great, my daughter spent all the time she could at the kids club, she liked it a lot there. Pool is okay. The sea is close, and the path to the beach is comfortable, with a lot of shadow. Although they say you cannot book a place at the parking lot, it is not a problem, as the space is ample, and you can also park under the trees (which I did all the time).

The rooms are somewhat lacking; I cannot say they were dirty as the cleaning was regular, yet there were permanent dirty spots on the floor carpet, it wasn't nice. The balcony was okay, but the room itself is not spacious at all, and if you need to do some work on a laptop, you need to go to an armchair in the hall - the table they have is tiny. No kettle. And while the food was really good, I was disappointed with the tea they offered - the cheapest Franck teas from Kaufland; like, I understand that Croatians do not generally drink tea, and so they do not care, but that shit is hardly drinkable, and I expected more for the big money I paid.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and lobby area are pleasantly renovated and the pool chairs and towels are nice. Walking distance to the beach is not too bad. Restaurant provides a varied offer of adequate quality food.

The rooms are definitely dated, especially the bathrooms. The view from the pool to the hotel building is unfortunate and also the fact that there is no bar service at the pool, despite the high beverage prices. There are also inconsistencies in the pricing of the drinks between the restaurant and the bar. Overall the price we paid is too high for the overall quality of the accommodation, even if August.

3 star hotel with 5 star restaurant and staff. We had a lot of fun. Even as vegans, we were able to eat a lot. The staff in the restaurant is great and so is the food.

5 stars for a 3Star hotel: not luxury(only 3stars hotel),but very clean,friendly personel and always ready to help you.Balcanik food you can't complain about(delicious)...not far from beach+swimpool right there- very clean...5 minutes walk from local shops and attractions park. Thank you all.

I loved the food. There were many different options each day, so there was never a worry that you couldn’t find something to eat. The faculty and staff was very nice and professional, kept the place very clean and comfortable. The pool and the outside area was also very nice.

Aircondition over the bed is not comfortable and it was very noisy during night.

Great friendly service, excellent breakfast and dinner. There was always at least one or two meals which were really so delicious, and a lot more on the menu which were very good as well. Beach is very close as well as a lot of sport acitivities.

Nothing much, really. Sport center where you rent tennis courts etc. is a bit difficult to find, maybe more sings could help.

Great location close to the beach, free parking. Breakfast, friendly staff, nice swimming pool with salt water. In general we were surprised with quality vers. price.

Everything. The hotel was amazing. Every single member of staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the bar staff to the cleaning team to the pool boys to the entertainment team were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Each and every person went above and beyond to take care of their hotel and their guests. The hotel was so clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fantastic, a large variety of tasty fresh food. We ate the buffet dinner more often than we had planned to:) A nice touch was walking into our air conditioned spotless rooms after we checked in-the cleaning team cool the room in time for guests arrival-it was so refreshing to walk into after a long drive. The entertainment program was absolutely fantastic, just the right amount of fun for everyone-the evening shows were brilliant and we all had a great laugh. Special thank you to Marko and Mona for taking such good care of my daughter age 5 and son age 7. They begged to go to the kids club at least once a day for 2 hours. The mini disco was lovely too. I cannot praise this hotel enough-we had a great time and are already thinking of coming back next summer! Thank you for a stay that we will never forget!

The only problem we had at the beginning of our stay was the people blocking the pool loungers with their towels for an entire day without using the loungers. BUT the problem was solved as soon as we spoke to the pool boys and the hotel management. They put up a sign straight away the next day to state the rules of no blocking loungers for more than a couple of hours. It worked perfectly and everyone was able to get a space to relax by the pool after that. Thank you so much!
